Food was mediocre at best! Tasted like a breakfast sausage patty with hot dog relish. Bathroom was dirty.
We tried Hero Certified Burgers for the first time and loved the food! The staff at this location is friendly. Anna’s customer service is excellent! Food was made fresh and the burgers were delicious!!! Poutine ??The fries were crispy and we loved the fries!! Amazing location, ambience and food!
Their fries were so good, the real star of the show! My friends I was with said that they're not consistent across different locations of Hero Burger, and I wouldn't know because this is the only one I really go to, but we all agreed these fries were absolutely fantastic. Burger was good too, but we really couldn't get over how good the fries were. Did I mention the fries? The fries.
First time I’ve ever had Hero before.Maybe one of the best take out burgers I’ve ever had.Ordered the cheap single guy special (buy 1 get one free) but I got boththe cheese burger and the chicken sandwich/burger.Upgraded to onion rings because of the great deal lol.Absolutely awesome. I will definitely order again.Ps. I even called the location to tell them thank you because that’s how good it was. and the lovely young lady that took my call was literally the sweetest most humble person ever and it was nice to hear her joy in her job
My friend and I visited this location today and we had a wonderful time because of how friendly and sweet the girl who took our order was, her name is Irene. The food tasted good and everything is halal which was great but Irene made it very memorable!!
I always get the same burger customized here. I never get tired of it because they nail it every dang time. The staff are so friendly and always greet you nicely on your way in!

The food here is always freshly made to order so it does take a little bit of time but it is worth it! Hot juicy burgers are ?. The customer service is great! The girl at cash is super nice!
Was expecting good service and good food. Food was decent and probably around what was expected, perhaps below considering the price. However, there was one huge issue with my order. Since I was in a rush to go to a place, I had no time to check the bag. So by the time I opened the bag to eat the meal, THERE WERE NO FRIES WITH MY COMBO, despite ordering a blue moon 6oz burger combo and getting a drink cup, which means there was no ordering error. If you are in a rush, please save your money and go somewhere else.
Let me start by saying that customer was too notch. Very friendly and great service.The food was meh - honestly could've gone across the street at McDonald's and got the same quality burger. The patties were definitely grilled from frozen, and the burger overall was not what is used to be. Also got the chicken strips for $6.99 - not worth it as they were more like popcorn chicken.Times are tough for sure, maybe there's a supply chain issue. But I could have gone to Costco myself for this.
