an Amazing experience, the staff , the owner , very welcoming and excellent and beyond exceptional service. The restaurant itself was very neat and clean, and very spacious compared to other locations for big gatherings....the food was top notch compared to any other burger joints and also compared to other Hero locations. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to this location for all their Hero burger cravings.

Fast food, this is not. Quiet lunch hour with 3 orders ahead of me, and still took 38 minutes to push out my one burger combo with no customizations.Sweet potato fries are pretty decent, but the chicken burger is very mediocre.Edit: great response from management. I know how long I sat in the dining room waiting for my food so I can get back to work. If you can't acknowledge that you have a problem, even if it's an incidental one, I definitely will not be back.
Made a very late night delivery order and the food was excellent. Despite being a delivery order the burger was still very juicy and the fries were fresh and crispy. Shoutout to the late night staff for helping conquer late night cravings.
The haddock burger was done well. Love the service. 10/10 for the girl who took and prepared my order, not sure her name but she deserves recognition
I got high expectation for Hero, turn out to be this is the worst burgers I ever had.chicken burger is alright, but the signature cheese burger is a disaster, worst burger ever. cheap meat and bad seasoning.
Really enjoyed the burger.Very busy night though, waiter lied and told me it'll take 50 minutes, but only really took 20.Burger was good so still 5 stars.
Hero Certified Burgers is always one of my favourite places to get a burger. This location on Hwy 48 (Markham Road), is one of a few burger places in the area. When you think of quality, freshness and value for the buck then Hero comes to mind. It's a step up from the other fast-food restaurants. Hero has higher quality meats, a more robust offering in toppings and a good assortment of sides. The Markham Road location has been in business for a few years and is quite busy due to it's prime location in a multi-service shopping plaza. Hero caters to all crowds as it serves up beef, chicken, fish and vegetarian options for its sandwiches and sides and has very good salads as well. The staff and ownership really take pride in their offerings and service. This makes this location a popular destination for burger and chicken sandwich lovers in the area. Give this location a shot, I'm sure you will agree.
Not pleased at all, the food had no taste ( dollor store food has more flavour). I paid extra for toppings that were never put on, and when I called no answer... I verified this is a location and I stated earlier phone wasn't working it was going straight to enter mailbox number and I indeed Went in I got my order replaced
Can't go wrong with the Signature Burger. We had the 6 oz AAA angus with ancho (once recommended by an employee). We also tried the Crispy Jalepeno chicken which a lil' too hot and we also sampled the haddock sandwich which was a bit too tart for us. Overall, an awesome place for a quick bite and excellent service in the Wismer Commons area.
