I always enjoy a Harvey’s burger, however, the restaurant on Major Mackenzie in Markham needs renovations. Dining in was not a pleasant experience.
Horrible customer service through this fast-food drive-thru. If you value good customer service, choose another option or location. The manager was rude with bad customer service. She said that it was the customer’s mistake with not mentioning the coupon and that I was holding up the line. I usually go to the location even though it’s further. I’m disappointed with this service and will not be coming back. As a loyal customer, you should know how to treat your customer with respect instead of pinning blame. They’ve lost a loyal customer..
Never have I eaten something so spicy…I think it was the Harv’s sauce. It isn’t normally that spicy at all. It must have been a mistake…at least I hope it was. Normally the burgers are tasty by the way.

Horrible service. I ordered 2 mobile orders at 12:20pm April 23, 2022. The ordersI arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm. The orders were not ready until 12:50pm and 1:04pm. People who arrived at the restaurant and ordered after I arrived relieved their order way before me. Not sure what kind of fast food it is. My kids were hungry and luckily they got their food before me. This is beyond frustrating because the cashier didn't make sure my order was completed first. She told the staff to look for my order but none of them are completing the order in sequence.I contacted the customer service on the same day. They claimed someone would contact me. It has been 12 days an no one has contacted me. "EFFICIENT" customer service just like their instore experience.
Harvey's food is excellent. Freshly cooked and hot. Always good onion rings. The ghost pepper mayo has a nice kick to it complimenting the angus burger.The floors in there need some serious help. So sticky it sounds like tearing velcro every time you step. Although from a safety standpoint, you will never ever be able to slip and fall on these floors. 10/10 will come back to walk around the lobby again and find the stickiest part (infront of the pop machine wins)
Fast service, but I was there off hours. But the restaurant could be cleaner given that it was not that busy. Fries we luke warm I order in the store with the app, so I was not late for my order and table were sticky (on the edge) even after being wiped.
Food was great as usual. We ordered a combo for two, everything was as expected. Our cashier / server was great. She was very accommodating. I left a 1/5 review just for management to see this.I ordered using a mobile coupon $15.99 premium combo, the bill came up a little higher than expected as I was charged the $1.99 for donuts which was part of the combo. She had quite busy already as she was the only one working out front. Maybe she needed an extra set of hands and a bit more training on how to handle coupons, everything seemed manual when punching in the order and discounts. Hope you read this and when I get a reply I will change the review back to the 4/5 it deserves. If you could refund me the $1.99 and just give it to her as tips. I came in April 17th around noonish.ICE MAKER WAS BROKEN !! lol that's my only real complaint I guess since I am supposed to make a fuzz [email protected]'s thanks for the response. Worst foood i ever have everything was too cold chicken was raw and too cold not ediable same with fries and onion never goona go again to this location
They are so cheap with the toppings. The cucumber is sliced so thin I can see through it, same with the tomatoes. Gave me 1 tomatoe and she accidentally grabbed 2 thinly sliced cucumbers by accident but made sure to put one back. When you see that you just know how cheap they are, not coming back. It's like every topping you have to ask for more, more tomatoes more lettuce more onions cause the portions they grab isn't even enough for a small child.This is whats wrong with Harveys these days, your burgers use to be better now each store I go to, plays game of how less veggies I can put on the burger.Think about it you ask for tomatoes and the burger maker makes sure to only grab one, you ask for cucumber she makes sure she grabs only one. What else are they skimping on that you don't see?Burgers dont taste as good with less or paper thin veggies
