Definitely the best Harvey’s I’ve been to, but the customer service is also the best. They actually put attention into each burger and make sure it’s topped up super well. Would definitely recommend here over other locations.

Harvey’s in general is my family’s favourite but this store in particular has exceptional service. I was at the store during the power outage post storm and the store employees - Lou and Suraj were extremely hospitable and turned our painful experience into a memorable one. Highest recommendation to this Harvey’s store and it’s employees for great customer experience!
Ordered for healthcare workers (not a huge order - 8 people) and restaurant cancelled on us 15 minutes before expected arrival. No apology nor were we offered anything for the inconvenience.
I really like this location/chain. Staff, menu, price and quality is better than other larger chains. With the mobile ordering app, for pickup and menu customization, likely will choose Harveys over McDonald's, Wendy's or BK every time I can.
Very bad. I bought sandwiche and drink(ice tea). It is water. Why I have to pay for that? I want to give 00. I ask the person he said NO it is good.
Did mobile order tonight. Order fries with burgers, told the staff that at pick up. He "repeated" but said sides instead of fries, told him again it's fries. Yup, didn't receive any fries still at the end... not worth the drive back... come on, even if he heard sides, shouldn't he simply confirmed what it was? Was really craving for fries, no biggie but was disappointed...
Not much to look at, but they have a really good vegetarian options for those who need it. It tasted really good. Fries were good as well.
WOOWW! I was so pleasantly surprised with the kindness! The man in the santa mask (you can see him in the picture) needs a promotion! I was so surprised with how much precision and care he made those burgers! Wow! He had no problem replacing the tomato that was slightly yellow which I didn’t really like. His attitude and tone of voice was so welcoming. Very knowledgeable with the menu, he knew exactly what the veggie burgers were made of and helped my sister and I make a decision. Coming back to this location because the customer service is amazing!
