This is probably the best soondae in all of Markham. Gamjatang and seafood pancake flavours were great. Pork bone and tteokbokki could have been cooked a little longer.
New favourite Korean place in Markham. Ordered the Kimchi Stew and Spicy Rice Cake + Cutlet for dinner eating in. It seems to be a family owned restaurant, food was delicious and the service was great. The waitress refilled our side dishes even before we asked and was very efficient.
Had dinner at this Korean restaurant, the combo are great, you get to choose tofu soup and grilled fish for around $19 CAD. Would definitely visit again. If you pay in cash there is 10% off.
Hidden gem. Great Korean food and good pricing. The beef and the fish are surprisingly good ? small restaurant but comfortable booth sitting. I have never noticed this Korean restaurant in this plaza.
I ordered gamjatang jeongol here, what I can say is this is the worst gamjatang I have had, I’m not sure if the soup has gone bad or it’s the meat, everything smells stinky and taste fishy, feels like the meat is very old. My girlfriend had one bite and immediately spit out. I had one pork bone and I say I’m done as well. Now I don’t know what to do with the rest of the food, probably gonna wait until it becomes cold and put in a plastic bag and threw away. I don’t even want any animals out there to eat this.
I used to go to this location very often on a Saturday afternoon since I used to live close there and it's more of a family runned business I assumed. Unable to due to COVID now, but I gotta say the owners were extremely sweet!!! I remember they used to serve Bento boxes a few years ago but they switched their menus few years back. Overall the food was not disappointing and the pork bone soup was delicious. I highly recommend this place !!!

Saw a lot of good reviews and I got really excited and went today.Service: waitress looks really tired and not friendly at all. However, owner was nice.Food: food was good overallOverall was not bad, but the store was so cold. Im not sure heater was broken or something even waitress was wearing a winter jacket in the store.
Best soondae place and food ever in Toronto. Probably my #1 pick for Korean restaurant.
The food and service at this family run joint was great. Spicy soondae soup, budaejigae, and chicken cutlet were all done to our liking and we enjoyed every bit. The owner came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish we took some photos to share, but we were too busy enjoying the food.
