All of the food. Caution: hot broth gets really hot!! I prefer the pork bone soup.

This is not your typical casual hot pot place. It's pricier for a reason and honestly, I was skeptical about coming here at first but I do not regret it! The food was great but the service was amazing! Our server offered my friends and I a blanket because we were sitting close to the AC vent. Our water/juice was constantly being topped off. The mask-changing fan show was a unique experience and the robots were a nice touch. *Highly recommend making a reservation.* My friends and I walked-in since it was last minute dinner and we waited 1.5hrs. The overall experience made the wait worth it.
I wish I could give this place 10/5 stars!!!I loved everything about this place. It felt like a dream and far too good to be true. The dancing and entertainment, the service, the drinks, and all the fine and beautiful features. I was so overwhelmed and beyond pleased. Recommend this to everyone. Also our server JT is great.
his place has been on my radar for a while and I’m so glad I got the chance to finally try it!I was quite impressed with the quality of the food for hot pot. This place does a la carte rather than AYCE but I really liked this option since I don’t feel like I have to stuff myself (although I ended up ordering a Variety of foods in the end I did have to stuff myself a bit lol ?We tried a number of foods on their menu and overall I was really impressed with how fresh everything is! The meat was thinly sliced to perfection, the dumplings were one of my favorites, their shrimp paste was delish, shrimp was super large and beautiful texture, the broths were amazing as well - we tried 4 different ones - pork bone, laksa, mala and tomato. All four were amazing!They also offer you blanket if you’re cold, place to store jacket, aprons so that you won’t spatter and overall very friendly service from the staff offering to devein our shrimp and even offered to cook (if we wanted to but we were okay on our own). They also have a huge sauce station which has everything imaginable as well. I did use some but I must admit with al the 4 bases we had I really didn’t have to use much of the sauces!All in all a lovely experience and if you want a good quality hot pot experience, definitely check them out! ?
Best hot pot in town. Great atmosphere, entertainment and spectacular service. Our water/juice were constantly topped up. Staff were friendly, helped with storing our jackets and provided recommendations. The food was fresh, wide range of selection. The price is a bit high as expected with this level of service. There was traditional performance on the night we were there. Overall very satisfied, would come back more often if the price wasn't so high.
I came here with my friend for my birthday recently and was so impressed with the service, quality of food and the ambiance. The staff go out of their way to make the visit special. Today I brought my whole family and was EVEN more impressed with this place. Our server JT was amazing and made our kids feel so special. They even got a toy and special treats to take home. Will definitely be back many more times!
Last night we had the most memorable dinner experience at Haidilao Hot Pot ⭐️A robot brought us our food. And there were performances throughout the meal.I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.Highly recommended
Visited there and expected to have exceptional service because of the expensive price tag. It turned out the service was average. No one came to refill the soup until we reached out twice. And no snacks or drinks while we were waiting in line (which was their standard service in China). However, the soup was tasty and the seafood was so fresh. Pretty small portion. You will expect to pay around $70 per adult plus tips.
By far the most attentive and thoughtful service I've had in any restaurant! 10/10 service. The moment we got in, they offered us little ziplock bags to store our masks. The moment we finished the meat, they took away the empty tray. The moment they saw us trying to use our hands, they offered us gloves. They were very quick and attentive.They also offered my girlfriend a hair tie before we ate. The washroom had combs, disposable razors, mouth wash etc and felt like it was a hotel washroom. I didn't use any but it was nice that they offered. Another thing that caught me by surprise was that they offered us a straw to suck the bone marrow out. Never thought about that but it works. It was the little things they did and offered that impressed me.The robot delivery "server" was unique and one of the reasons we decided to come and visit. The price was a bit expensive, but well worth it. I will come again and recommend to others.EDIT: Forgot to mention that I was pleasantly surprised to hear background song playlist, which includes the occasional anime songs like Dragonball and Digimon so the anime fan in me was pretty delighted lol
