Been to many freshii locations but this one in Main St. serve small portions. We’ve been in this location TWICE and never coming back. We always get the Pangoa Bowls with additional protein. But they always give so little amount of the meat and toppings. I think they should re-train their staff so they can give the proper amount of portions to the customers. Not worth your money. Find a different location.
Ok. I’ve been to many freshii’s before and this is definitely the worst. I’ve given it three tries to make sure that it’s wasn’t just a bad day. The first two times I’ve order my favourite, bamboo bowl. Both times the portions were 1/2 size of any other freshii’s, the sauce was watered down and the veggies were not fresh at all. Today, I’ve given it another go and ordered satay bowl. It was fisgusting. The noodles were so over cooked that it disintegrated into a mush. Again portion was 1/2 size of any other freshii’s. The veggies were once again not fresh. It’s very disappointing and I will not be going back there again.
Pretty decent fresh ingredients and well put together meals. I would have gone 5 stars but for the price for a single veggie meal.
Love that we have a healthy, fresh option finally in Markham! Such friendly and helpful staff! I cant wait to go every week! Definitely recommend!
SO GROSS. When you are looking to order something healthy like a salad and add chicken on top, you do not expect to receive something that looks more like cat food and tastes even worse. Will never order from here again. Would give zero stars if I could.
I got the To Good To Go Deal at the end of the day and it wasn't worth it, just a regular fiesta salad.Very disappointed, never again.
There is always something missing in my order. Last time I ordered a breakfast bowl with extra hardboiled eggs alongside my scrambled eggs and was missing scrambled eggs in my bowl. This time I ordered and asked for utensils and sauce on the side, I received sauce already poured for me and no utensils at all. I'm not very pleased with whoever is preparing my order that there always seems to be something missing. I understand there is bound to be a mistake once but two weeks in a row I've come here and this is the result. If I walk into freshii and my order is just sitting there when I arrive and it isnt busy at all, I expect that everything I ordered should be prepared and ready to go in the bag. It is unnecessary that that the customer still needs to check the bag to ensure that the order is done correctly.
Absolutely disgusting, I ordered the teriyaki bowl and added chicken, it was inedible. The chicken was some weird ground stuff, it looked like dog food. The carrots were mushy, the overall bowl had no taste. I took one bite and tossed it out, it’s as if the ingredients have been sitting out all day. I have been going to freshii for years, I’ve been to different locations in the GTA and this was my first bad experience. I contacted their customer service who forwarded my complaint to the restaurant. This happened on Friday February 25th, 2022 and I have yet to hear from them. Avoid this location.
Not sure about the negative reviews left by others, but I've been here twice now and service was friendly. I had the oaxaca bowl with chicken and everything was fresh and very tasty. No stale avocado. Chicken portion was adequate, and the spicy noodle soup was freshly made and very tasty.
Cheap , cheap and cheap. You're paying $16 + for a bowl you would expect a fair amount of ingredients. The owner skimps out by filling up you bowl with more of the base (rice) and adds very, and i mean very little topping on top. Compared to other locations this one is trash along with the rude owner.
