Food are okay. Curry sauce tastes blend but definitely peppery. Fried pork chop is crispy.BUT,Take a look at the amount of dust around the air vent. Which is directly above where I was seated. It is too dirty for me come back again.
Pros1. Good food!- Tonkotsu was crispy enough for my taste. Soup was a bit too watery, but the flavour was on point.Cons1. Slow service- We waited 20mins to get our food. From what I heard, it’s been consistently slow in service.2. Dirty washroom- Washroom is definitely not maintained very well, but I don’t have high expectations at restaurants in First Markham Place.3. Very loud and crowded in the restaurant. This also means a lot of people like this restaurant!

Love the sizzling plate experience, it's a must try. Although the portions in terms of the meat could be more (it's more rice than the main in the dish) the presentation is great. I also enjoy their drinks menu, it's quite different from other restaurant offerings like the yogurt soda lemon drink for example. They have a lot more unique drinks on the menu.
Extremely slow service. Took ~15 minutes to even get water. Drinks did not start arriving until the 1 hour mark. When asking the waiter, he said drinks will come altogether with food. From the moment the drinks arrive to the last dish arriving, 15 minutes have passed.The table beside us came after us and still got their food first (both our tables ordered sizzling plates). Generally I don't mind waiting, but not if its over an hour and other tables seated after us get served beforehand (with similar dishes)

Ordered take-out, placed order at 6:30pm for pick-up at 8:30pm. Arrived on time only to ask me to wait for another 20m. Portion was a bit small given the price. This would be my last time ordering from them.
Ordered sizzling spicy rice cakes. They added wayyy to much sauce to the point where it leaked out of the bag. It honestly tasted so bad. First time and last time ordering from here.
First time Order take out from this restaurant. Black curry beef using taste ok, chicken wings were a bit too sweet, the mini hamburger molten taste good
Ordered the Flaming Sauce udon with chicken and corn, it was amazing! Perfect amount of spice and good portion size. Also ordered the Summer Festival dessert which had a panacotta, 2 scoops of mango ice cream, mango chunks, soft mango gummy bears( I think that's what it was) and whipped cream and corn flakes. Loved the variety of items in this little dessert and would definitely order again!
