I ordered a cheese burger and there was no patty. The Cajun fries had very little Cajun as well.They gave us 2 perfect burgers for free the next day and refunded for 1 of the burger. Done just enough to keep my loyalty.
The customer service team was good, the food was decent. Price to food ratio swings a little on the higher side for a burger. Not their fault by any stretch but for my personal budget may have to rethink my food choices.

When I first walked in the Cashier Michelle was so nice and friendly made you feel welcomed after she took my order it kinda went down hill. I ordered a burger for my boyfriend and I they made his burger wrong they forgot mustard and lettuce so he went up and asked for it the cooks wouldn't give without looking at the reciept first and when he sat back down there was a hair in the lettuce. We also got a poutine which was like 9$ and it was not good at all the fries were not cooked properly and the container was filled half way with barely any cheese curds or gravy. This was my first and only time going to Five Guys pretty disapointed for how much money I spent. Thank you Michelle for your amazing coustmer service only reason they got a 2 star if it were up to me the resturaunt would get no stars and she would get 5 stars.
Good location. Care is taken when building the burger. Oftentimes, they may the burger in the wrap, and the bun gets crushed and messed up. They are generous with their toppings, too.
The burgers are good, but the guys preparing the food weren't wearing masks, next time I will check if they have masks on before ordering. Safety First!!!
The best burger places in the GTA my friend recommended me this place. The staff are always professional and good customer service. The food is great and the fries are also noteworthy as well, with more than an ample serving. Warmly recommended.
Women work here too. Not just 5 guys. They do also offer more than burgers and fries. Employee was sloppy packing fries, bag had fries all over the bottom. I asked for extra lean beef patties and got some serious attitude from the employee. Apparently they don’t offer extra lean meat. Needless to say it was really greasy and my tummy got upset after eating. Extra large soft drink was highlight. It’s so big it doubles as a helmet. All in all, I recommend the burger and fries.
Always loved eating here since I was a little kid. Nice burgers and that extra fries in the bag - just perfect. Price might be a bit more expensive compared to other stores, but I'd say its worth it. Nice staff members too.
Burgers and fries are always good. They are generous with toppings, including cheese and bacon. Prices are a bit high but still worth it.
