Servers are not wearing mask! Walk out.Owner reply with the comment saying the mask mandate has been lifted so it's optional for the employees. Don't agree with that. Restaurant should concern about customers than how employees are comfortable with mask. I will walk out from any restaurant that staffs are not wearing mask. It's my choice and my comfort leve.
Quite atrocious is all I can say. Gave then a few years before going back today, got my order wrong on the phone twice with 2 different order takers, got there and they wanted to retake the order and were confused.They said give them 5 mins I gave them 10, and still.
Your two waitress working April 17 around 11 AM are horrible, they have zero common sense and customer service skills.When inquiring into the menu they answer questions regarding the order and price.Not once did they come to check on the order after servicing it.When the bill comes the price is completely different then what we had asked and what was ordered.When explaining the issue to them they just want to argue and not listen or take ownership of their mistake.Instead they said well the food came and you eat it so you have to pay, however nobody told us there was an up charge for what we received and due to their confusing menu we asked about the price and made our request very clear BEFORE ordering.They tried to say the prices are clearly laid out in the menu and even when asked them to stop arguing and to let us explain why we inquired to the pricing issue in the first place because it is not clear in the menu and tried to show them what we are talking about again, they still came with hostel attitudes to the point we just gave up trying to explain as you clearly can’t have an Intelligent conversation with these two.It took three people to resolve the billing issue and your internal employees causing a scene for the entire restaurant to see.Having these two woman on your staff will be the down fall to your restaurant.As someone that may have come to this breakfast location multiple times a month, we won’t be back due todays events.
The place was clean. The food was good & the waitress was friendly. I like going there for breakfast.
We went on weekday breakfast and the restaurant was a bit crowded. Staff checked the vaccinated QR before entering the restaurant.The food was ok, nothing special and just fine as expected.
Found a Hair in my wife's meal. They were glad to take it away and charge us for a hair half eaten plate. Very disappointed in the customer service and professionalism. Won't be back.
They don't make soups anymore, said not enough order of the soup. Ordered 1 coffe but no coffe favor what so ever. 2 dishes mostly green peppers, the steak burrito hardly see steaks just some shereed beef crumbs, we will not come back , i know is hard time during covid but for $40 i would eat somewhere else.
Worst place! I got my plate and walked away … i ordered an avocado toast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs… the eggs were brown, as in probably the eggs from the day before that they reheated. The smoked salmon had a piece pf plastic on it and lets not forget the avocado LOL you can’t even call it avocado it’s a green paste that’s probably coming from a can at this point…Anyways if you want to have food poisoning go for it!
After the horrible experience we had at sunset grill few months ago.. I thought we give these breakfast place another go... Showed up to eggsmart this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see there are restaurants that can actually make crispy hash browns /taters fried and not disgustingly baked all soggy.. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and we will definitely be coming back for more ?? waitress was awesome and service was fast and efficient
Great food and service! Shoutout to Asif for his excellent service and hospitality during our corporate brunch. Definitely recommend this place!
