Seriously, need lots of improvement. Kitchen is way way way too slow. Waited 45 mins and no food was served. If you can’t handle the capacity, don’t ask customer to wait. I felt bad seeing people waiting for tables but can’t tell them my story. Honestly limit your capacity to ensure the quality of service. It’s madness to wait for so long without food. It’s not customers fault if you have many orders ahead that’s not completed on time. The food came when I requested for my bill and the food was cold. I left without eating anything and need to go somewhere else. Wasted an hour of my life here. It was suppose to be 1 star but they waived my drinks due to the delay so an extra star for that. If you are hungry, maybe not here.
Beautiful breakfast ... I would personally recommend the French eggs bennie ... food was freshly prepared, plentiful and well presented. The waitress was wonderful ... friendly, welcoming and took time to have a little chat. We will definitely be making a trip back to EggSmart next time we're in the Markham area.

I ordered a meat lover omelet and a banana strawberry pancake. Towards the banana it seems like it was left out for a awhile cause the color has started to turn black if you know what I mean. For the meat lover omelette which could have been delicious but it was so spicy.. And I don't eat spicy food... Nothing In the ingredients say there is spicy. Only supposed to have beef, chicken, red and green peppers and cheese... Maybe they mixed the green peppers with the jalapeno when chopping.. So that went to waste.. There homemade potatoes was the same after having a few I felt the spicy ingredient.. Sigh.. That's too bad cause it looked very yummy ..
Food is good. Pancakes are smaller than other eggsmart locations. Service is ok. Some girls are extremely kind and amazing. Others look like they just rolled out of bed.
A big breakfast and delicious. Service is excellent and will come again.
Ordered our big breakfast, and as usual they forget to bring the pancakes, have reminded waitress numerous time, advised kitchen very busy.Funny thing is the tables next to us arrived after us and they ordered the same breakfast and they received their pancakes the same time as the rest of the breakfast.This will be the last time we go to this eggsmart .Would rather drive the extra distance and eat at another breakfast place.
Waited far to long to even be approached for seating. Half the tables are taken the other half have dirty plates. Currently here for about 40 mins with no sign of food. I see that they have 6 plates ready to go and the plates are just sitting there. If it was packed it would be understandable. They have 1 large table and scattered other tables.

Their service was awful. Coffee too.Not only we did not enjoy breakfast but we left the restaurant very angry
