Probably the worst dairy queen I've been to in terms of customer service. This location has ample staff, I saw at least 4 on duty. 3 behind the counter and 1 cleaning the trash outside. However, none of these staff wanted to be there, there was 2 that were positioned to take orders were just too busy flirting to care about the line that was forming. They just ignored everyone. The other one behind the counter just stood on the side, saw the line up but decided not to do anything.
Not sure what the architects were thinking when they designed this place. Time to refresh...maybe with a bulldozer.Staff are fast and friendly. Excellent blizzard!
Good ole DQ ice-cream is consistent. Place is showing its age. Restrooms need an over haul and regular cleaning. Tables were all dirty. Need to train the staff to keep the place spotless.
Very very slow. Staff looks bored too. We came in and there were no burgers available for a few days. ??♂️ Better money value elsewhere.
The review is not about the food but the staff. I've had multiple problems with their kitchen staff. At one time she forgot to add chicken to chicken salad and then when I wanted to let them know, no one would respond on phone.Another time order taker says fries are included and kitchen says not included and neither are able to point out the item and price on display.I have some doubt that this is an authentic franchisee as this location doesn't figure on the website.If you can find another location, avoid this.P.S.: the food is great.
CANT USE COUPONS. They don't have a scanner to scan coupons apparently, which we asked the manager to figure out and she was unhelpful. Didn't help at all. Told us to mobile order when you can't mobile order to the store. The employees didn't even know the store location. Terrible experience and super unhelpful. Not accommodating.
Thursday night 8:15, not busy. Quick order, in and out in 3 minutes. Good ice cream cone and peanuts parfait, my favourite.
Staff were friendly, however, ice cream cake was badly freezer burnt, no hamburgers were available and the inside of the resturant is in desperate need of a refresh.
Awful, awful customer service. Employee flat out lied to me and was rude about coupon usage claiming they never accepted coupons at that location (friend used the exact same coupon a day ago when another employee worked there). Will never go to this location again. No wonder they're now looking for new employees
