I placed an order on tuesday for 24 cupcakes for the following saturday to be picked up at 11am. Cupcakes were not ready till 12pm and when i was upset they offered 1 cake pop free LOL. Cupcakes were dry ( yes i have read that you use pure butter etc but they should by moist if you are using butter) and dense. Not a single person at my sons party said the cupcakes are good or asked for another one. However the buttercream / cream cheese icing is really good. Overall NOT worth $96 for 24 cupcakes. Would not recommend and will not buy again. Def thought i was going to get top notch for the amount i paid.
Amazing cupcakes and communication! Visiting family here from out of town when we decided on a very last minute birthday “party of 3” for my kid. The response was speedy, the price point perfect and the cupcakes were definitely butter than most I’ve tasted. The perfect level of sweet that didn’t make you sick. Did I mention- the colours were simply gorgeous! Rich, vivid & inviting to be devoured. So if you know me, I rarely cake it up so when I do - butter is definitely better! Very disappointing service. I called to order some butter tarts, and they said that they would set it aside for me, and that I can pick them up in an hour or so. I even gave them my name to be sure. However, when I drove all the way to the bakery to pick up the order, they said that they had already sold the tarts and that there is none left. I was so frustrated and disappointed as I had just wasted my time driving there, and I was given the impression that my order would be ready for me. We were really excited about this place since it's one of the few nut free bakeries close to us, but I don't think I'll be going back, since it was a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend!
After searching in the area for a custom cake bakery, I came across cupcake junkies. I saw the review, and was impressed with the ratings, and comments of many customers - please with what I reviewed, I decided to place an order for a 60th Birthday cake, and I have to be honest here I am quite disappointed with the end results in what I had ordered. My guests had left rheyre pieces, and almost the entire cake is left over, and my guests had complained of the quailty of the cake, the cake qas dry, and dense. The icy was very thick, the flavour was not quite there. Needless to say, I will not place any future orders, nor will I send any recommendations.
Great customer service, nice variety, fresh frosting, lovely presentation, but at $4.80 per cupcake I’d hope they would taste as good as they look and unfortunately they don’t.
What an amazing surprise for my birthday! I haven't enjoyed a cake for quite some time due to food restrictions/sensitivities but they made the best cake! My cake was gluten free, dairy free & vegan and gosh it was absolutely delicious! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for taking the time and making the most perfect cake for me! ?❤
They are awesome! They went out of their way to make a beautiful AND delicious cookie cake for a family birthday. It was very much appreciated considering the late notice I had given. ?
It was okay, could’ve made it a home. Flavours were artificial and it came in a box you’d see at the grocery store.
Great cupcake. The icing and presentation was on point. However I would take a pass on the small cookie that is overpriced $3.11 plus tax for one. Yes you read right. For that price they could at least put some size into it. The price of the cupcake was $4.25 which seems to be the new norm everywhere and these folks do make it special.
A friend and I ordered a dozen cup cakes (mix and match) for our friend for her birthday. At first, I worried that she would be finished work before the order was delivered, so I called the store and spoke with Kelly first who was absolutely awesome to deal with. She changed the delivery address for me, answered my questions and honestly, had fantastic customer service skills.Once the order was out for delivery I wanted to confirm it was going to the right house and it was! Megan let me know everything was all good.I will definitely order from here again and recommend it to everyone I know!
