I'm not vegan, but I have to say that the food at Copper Branch is really good!I had a bagel with oatmilk latte and a muffin and it was all delicious. The bagel was nice and fluffy, the latte was creamy and the muffin was moist and flavourful.I will definitely be back to try more of their food!
I ordered ahead on Rital and my order was ready ahead of time. Delicious vegan BLT and vegan "wings"! LOVE the all day breakfast option.
Got the Ultimate Bagel Sandwich (switch out for vegan chicken) & the Shiitake Teriyaki Burger. Shared with my friend & and it was delicious!!! Thank you for bringing the food outside and making sure we have everything we needed.
Tacos were great, focaccia had cooled a lot and became a bit tough to eat though. We had ordered on UberEats, but it ended up taking over an hour to either get a driver paired plus preparing the food time I guess... Each of these items were around $15 on UberEats. ?
We ordered catering twice from this location for in-person meetings and both times have been such a positive experience. Marco, the store manager, is a great communicator and he is very lovely to work with. The food was packaged nicely and labeled for ease of distribution to my colleagues. I liked that the team would cook the fries as I am loading my car to ensure we do not get soggy food. Quality is definitely on point at this location! Thank you Marco and team!
A great vegan menu! The cauliflower crust flatbread was delicious and you can’t go wrong with any of the power bowls.
The bagel sandwich and general tao bowl were great! Incredibly filling! But pricey.The "poutine" is awful. More like fries with shredded cheese and gravy. Fries are quite soggy and the taste just isn't there...
Came here for lunch and we ordered a General Copper Bowl and Ultimate Breakfast Skillet. Ultimate Breakfast was a little smaller than I expected considering the price but the bowl was very nicely portioned and was enough to full me and my gf after the breakfast bagel. We also ordered a chai latte and hot cocoa - latte was nice but the hot cocoa was quite lukewarm. Overall, I would try again: the bowl was definitely the highlight of meal and I would really recommend.

Absolutely delicious!! They have some of the best vegan food in Markham ? Their garlic bread tasted like real garlic bread. We also tried the shitake teriyaki burger which possibly tasted better than real meet. The avocado toast was amazing and so was the BLT bagel! Would 100% recommend this place very delicious!
