I am a huge bubble tea person and this is hands down one of my favourite places to go for a drink. I love the wheat milk tea with crystal jelly; the jelly is chewy and a nice alternative to the typical tapioca.
Amazing service, attentive to quality, and honest.Individually pressed tea, always fresh. Tapioca and toppings are weighted rather than scooped, so each cup is properly filled.Definitely a pricier spend, but never disappoints.
I came here for the first time and was so delighted by my experience! Excellent customer service + clean :) I had the passion blast/lightly sweetened thanks to the recommendation of the baristas. I will definitely come back :)

I don't usually review food or drinks but I actually have to just mentioned this: Truly what bubble tea should taste like. It's definetly just unique in it's flavor but also just overall a higher tier of bubble tea. If you love any kind of bubble tea you cannot miss this opportunity. It slaps hard.
I always want to like comebuy's drinks which is why I keep coming back as I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Their staff is extremely nice and friendly but it ultimately has to be their product that keeps me coming back. However My last visit was the last straw for me, ordered the rose lemonade... not good.. the flavours was kinda flat and on the sweet side. I tried to like it but my husband said it tasted like soap and he's not wrong...I think their drinks just don't suit my taste.
Probably not the greatest or most unbiased opinion, but I compare milk teas across bubble tea chains the way people compare Big Macs in McDonalds across countries. It sets a base barometer as to what to expect. And while I can see how some people like the uniqueness of their milk tea, with it being a bit more floral than even Alley's, it's not really my cup of tea at all.Keep in mind this brand is INSANELY popular across parts of Europe so I'm sure I'm missing out on something (they have a strong foothold across Germany for some reason) but I can only give a rating based on y experience. The Neptune milk tea was a bit too....simultaneously watery and floral at the same time. It was odd. Service was nice and helpful, parking was horrible.
I got the Neptune tea with bubble and crystal jelly. The taste was ok, but it made my stomach not feeling well. Given the fact that it was the only food I had so far, it wasn’t really clean.
Good bubble tea place. Recommended.
This is my go to!! Love their teas and the staff are always so friendly. 100% would recommend!
