We are Koo-Koo for Coco!!One Saturday night while picking up our order from Pho Metro we decided to grab some drinks for our meal. Coco was few doors down so we decided to check it out. I've had Coco drinks before but the others in the group had not. Coco originated in Taiwan and now has locations in Canada since 2014. Coco is known for fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, yogurt drink, coffee and other beverage products. On this visit we got smoothies and I got a Peach Yogurt with Coconut Jelly. The team at Coco were so great with my kids who know a thing or two about bubble tea, but were at Coco for the first time. The staff took their time and helped the kids order the drinks they wanted ( with a low sugar content of course ). Our drinks were made quick quickly and we were all happy with the drinks we got. If you love this kind of drink, give Coco in the Berczy Village Plaza a try.
Don’t trust their app. They do not update the store hour on their app. In the app, it indicated their store is open. So I placed my order and when I arrived at the store, the store was closed. I sent email, left post on IG and even DM them on IG, no response. I finally got in touch with the store the next day. The staff was extremely rude. I asked for my refund from yesterday and all she said was “it will be refund to you in a couple days”. I asked if there was going to be an email confirmation that I will get my refund. She said no, it will show up in your credit card statement. I asked for her name for a record and she refuse to provide me with her name and she just kept on saying that the refund will show up on my credit card statement. Credit card statement is a monthly thing, if I check my statement in a month and it’s not there. Who knows if you guys will still honour it. This is so disappointing. Never ever again will order from Coco again.
Everything is good except open at noon. Can you change the hours from 11am?
This CoCo is located in the Berczy Village Shopping Mall, which consists of several Chinese-oriented restaurants and bubble tea shops.I had a Sago Taro Milk Tea (large, $5.80) and it didn't disappoint.There were 3-4 staff members so service was fast even with a large group ahead of me.The restaurant itself is quite spacious with high ceilings. It is decorated with some paintings with mirrors on one side.During pandemic times, there is plexiglass around the staff area and all staff and customers wear face masks. There is space for indoor seating but is not available at this time. There is a hand sanitizer near the entrance.The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There were separate male/female washrooms but were not available during pandemic times. Very quick. Sometimes I feel rushed, but it's understandable. Wish they had a larger display of the menu with pictures.
If you want consistently great bubble tea. This location has it. My fav is the Taro slush 30% sweet. + Tapioca balls. Enjoy!
Love this place. We have tried so many bubble tea place. We always come back here. When the Alley opened near by We got excited to try due to the hype, coco is way better!
Order 5 bubble tea, the staff was helpful and made good recommendations. We went in a Saturday afternoon, there was a few people there but service was fairly quick, covid protocols are in placed and followed.
Definitely my most frequently visited bubble tea shop.Coco's got a great mango yakult and mango slush which I go back and forth between. They also have new specials all the time which changes things up and makes frequent bubble tea visits more affordable!10/10 I recommend!
This is one of the best coco locations I’ve been to. The quality of their drinks is always consistent and so is their service. Almost never have to wait long for your order and the staff is so courteous. Made the switch from chatime to this store although it is a bit of a drive from me but worth it 10/10
