3.5 * The customer service was great. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful when I was indecisive on what I wanted. She suggested the Mexicana sandwich which I ended up getting. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes but it was 15 minutes. The sandwich was tasty and filling. The biscuits were yummy I liked that it was sweet. Then mashed potatoes though tasted like plastic and I couldn’t eat them. When I informed the lady at the counter that I did not enjoy the potatoes she did offer me something in replacement. Overall, I’d go back and try new menu items.
Couldn’t be happier with visit. Young gent at cash was very courteous and attentive. Lady managing the front line was amazing as well. Always nice to enter an establishment to be greeted with a smile. Place was spotless and very well maintained. Goes without saying food was superb. Definitely recommend the location. Thank you!
Today I went in wanting to use a coupon, but after ordering and adding a couple large sides... the assistant manager, Harsh, offered that I take a different combo that allowed me to get more food for my money! Fantastic service! Great people and delicious chicken!
Church's fried chicken is levels above other fried chicken restaurants in the GTA. Service can be either really fast or really slow dependent on the amount of food that is prepared. I've had a few experiences where I wasn't given the correct amount of chicken and only found out when I got home. I've also had a couple experiences where my order slip was thrown out and I had to wait 20+ minutes
The first time we ordered from this location it was great. We always order the Mexican chicken sandwich and other items on the side. Second time it was okay. We just ordered again and for some reason the chicken pieces have been cut into half or thirds and rationed out between the two sandwiches. The sandwiches were so thin and no crunch obviously because the cruspy parts at the bottom and top of the chicken cutlet was cut off and only the center was served in the sandwiches so the crispy part was only at the rim of the chicken. It was weird. Will not order from this location again. Not serving the whole chicken as paid for is stealing. I feel like we paid for 2 combos and got 1 sandwich combined..
Kodoos to Harsh & Manisa! I mean they are above nice! Restaurant was SUPER BUSY yet they were very professional, helpful, attentive and accommodated my detailed custom order! Keep up keeping your energy guys! Your service, chicken and appetizers are the BEST!
I ordered jalepeno bombers and they gave me fries. The chicken was pink and rubbery. Very disappointed after all the good reviews.

Game changer for my chicken game. First time trying this well known American chicken chain, and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor factor. Enjoyed the Mexicana chicken sandwich with a poutine and biscuit .
Love Church's chicken! This location is great with the exception of the parking. Really busy at lunch and it's a mad house! Piles of snow limit the maneuvering space. Chicken was crispy and succulent! Ordered 12 piece bucket with half normal and half spicy. It did not disappoint especially when hungry!
