**I hate to leave a negative review on this restaurants page but the customer service was horrible. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace my order, the staff started arguing with me and insisting that nothing was wrong with the meal**Today i ordered this sandwich and there was black gunk from the grill in it. i noticed this while i was eating and when i took it back to the restaurant, the tall lady who served me she said the grill residue 'is fine' and that she serves food to all costumers this way. This black residue is a serious risk to our health, i don’t know how this place passed their health inspection. I do not recommend this store to anyone (unless you want food poisoning)

Their peri-peri burger was awesome. Their french fries were decent enough. Pizza was good too. There are various dipping sauces like Spicy mayo, Chipotle and many more. You need the final dose vaccination proof in order to dine-in at this restaurant. And yeah, it's name has been changed to chicken haus. Overall ?
It is now called Chicken Haus. Service was kind of slow and other customers complained too. The crispy burger was solid but they could’ve added more white sauce and the lettuce was browning…For $6 I’d take my money to Popeyes instead any day for a halal fried chicken sandwich.

They changed there name to Chicken Haus. They need to train there staff when it comes to hygiene. Went here twice and I noticed the female staff that attends the front also prepares the food in the back. Wears no hair net or gloves when handling food and whats disgusting is she handles cash and walks straight to the back and starts preparing the food she does not wash her hands. And to the owner of the store if you got cameras please check and you'll see what im talking about.
I am not satisfied with the service. Four employees were standing behind the cashier for two minutes and none of them spoke to me. Until one of them finished talking on the phone.
Worst kind of customer service. I'm first in the line and they served to someone standing on the side. I raised the question and there was no response. Learn customer service, lines are meant to serve on turn basis.Ps. Changing names of the restaurants does nothing if you don't improve on the service.Never coming back.Pps. My friend and I went here for lunch. She got the peri peri wrap and I got the peri peri burger. The burger and wrap were absolutely amazing! But that was all pretty much. The fries were cold, I asked for a 7up from the machine and it tasted like water. My friend went back and gave them the drink and the server realised the syrup was empty. She was nice enough to apologize and give me a new drink, but it was without ice.I would defo go back, but only for the burger alone.
It's good. Crispy coating and fries are good too. Clean inside
