I am not sure if they change their owner or chef. The food became so different and not tasty at all compared to before. My husband and I used to love their food a lot. This time when we open the boxes, we surprised about if we went to the wrong place. The chicken leg was so dry and the chicken cutlet used to be stewed not deep fried. So disappointed and will never go back again.
Pork chop is still delicious. However, price is going up and they don’t provide pickles any more.

i was pretty disappointed with the service and the food on my recent visit. I had tried their food, it was good and it was recommended by my girlfriends. The popular pork chop dish I got last time, the pork chop was cold, the fat around the pork chop became very greasy. The rice was not soft. it was like sand. Also ordered a beef brisket with soup, not very tasty. The staffs there were not very pleasant with taking orders. I hope the management make an effort to change to bring back the good quality of food.
Have been a customer for 10+ years whenever we are near. Their food is delicious and consistently delicious with good quality at reasonable price. That's a 5 stars for a foodcourt vendor to me.I am fine with the price increase recently given the Covid challenge and everything costs more now.
Quality and Quantity has noticeably continually gone down over the years, but the price has been going up a lot. Meat is precooked and not fresh. The service was still bad. They still hold onto that rude attitude even just serving take-out bento boxes. Totally not worth going there for the food at all. NOT to go back anymore.
Food was ok, but service was really poor and not professional at all compared to the other food shops inside the food court!It was very bad before....now even worse!Unbelievable rude ladies serving at the front ! Shouting and very mean!
I'll let you guys/ladies be the judge on this, my sister order food from the place it comes with two bags she grab one but forgot the other, when she got home at Richmond Hill she realize it and ask me to check with them on the way home so i did, and the their worker told me other customer must toke it as there was nothing left behind? do you let customers pick up take out orders without checking? most likely not.. I think they just toke it and use for next order, if I'm right that is very poor service and un respectful for a paying customer and I will left at that, although i do like the food there but I won't return for these type of poor service...

This is a classic OG spot. Their No. 1 pork chop rice is the must try. Big piece of tender pork chop that's fried without a batter, served with a hefty portion of rice, vegetables (nappa and broccoli) and some braised form tofu and a marinated egg. You can get it spicy which means they'll add a little pile of chopped red chilis. Cash only. Food comes out fast!!
