Been a long time since I visited chatime since they don't have real "fruit" in their tea.Saw a promo for tea of the month passion fruit. Turn out only few seeds in the drinks so don't classify it as real fruit tea.Service was great though and they upgraded the store with self order touchscreen too.
Previously, I've had some pretty subpar experiences at this location. Typically, I find it to be extremely busy, which causes the staff to struggle to keep up and are a little dismissive as a result.My most recent visit was the most redeeming of recent memory as the staff at the register, Vivienne I believe, was very kind and helpful. I ordered a Matcha Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, as well as a crème brulée macaron by their recommendation, and was pleasantly surprised by the latter!Can hope that the quality of service stays at this level going forward.
This is my go to spot for milk bubble tea, it’s always consistent and made right. You can adjust your levels accordingly and there are endless options to choose from. It’s usually really busy but the staff do a good job of keeping the line moving. Can’t go wrong with Cha Time!
The staff attitude is so rude and impatient, even rolling eyes. They acted like customers are owing them money. Especially the girl with long hair, she is even not willing to give a bag to me. There are many bubble tea stores in Markham, not only you. Won’ t come again and won’t recommend any friends to come again.
This location is clean and fairly fast but inconsistent. Sometimes the slush is very chunky, pearls are hit or miss here and in general the Chatime franchise doesn't have the best quality drinks. Service is friendly.
Ordered online and automatically a tip was added after confirming the order.I have no problem tipping but to add it after the transaction is pretty sketchy especially without notifying the customer. Do better Chaitime, I'm pretty sure the company keeps the tips anyway and doesnt even go to the people working. SHADY. I'll stick to Coco for my BBT
First time to this Chatime location. VERY DISAPPOINTED for the service we received from the cashier. No effort to explain what we are getting, very impatient, bad service attitude and just shoveled us away. The drink was not what we expected at all. Her colleague at the back was nice and resolved the problem at last, but we will never go back. Keep in mind, there are so many good bubble tea options in Markham, and I don't see why we have to go back to this one with the bad service we received from the cashier.
We had tried Chatime for the first time and all four of us were shocked how tasty their bubble tea is. I love the fact that you can control the sweetness/sugar level of your drink....definitely a plus! It was very busy when we went in to order, but they didn't seem under pressure at all. Very organized with covid restrictions. You go in one line to order and then enter the next line to pick up your order.
Excellent service!! I messed up on one my drinks...even though it was my fault they still fixed it. Location is a little further away from my house, but because of this small gesture...they got my business! Thank you and keep up the great work!
Consistency is ? they get it right every time I walk in. Who doesn’t fancy a great bubble tea. Hit it up! You won’t be disappointed!
