I've been to this store plenty of times and they have never charged me for a bag and the service is usually pretty good. I went today to order a drink for a friend and asked for a bag when they finished making the drink. The employee tells me it cost $0.15. There was no notice or posting about this change in policy. The employee then says to me next time I can bring my own bag and use it.
I come to this place for their boba even though I have two other locations closer to home - this location give a bit more boba than many other locations and I love them for that. Keep it up for us boba addicts out here heh :)
Was in a rush and didn't check my order. Ordered a grass jelly roasted milk tea with Sago as an additional topping. Only received my sago but no grass jelly at all. Very disappointed.
They took my order even though they were mopping & getting ready to shut down with no attitude/issues. The cashier even gave me a good recommendation for my topping and I am quite pleased with the service & professionalism :)
Tapioca was rock hard, drink was lava hot, employee was very rude and refused to replaced drink. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and go to the many other bubble tea spots nearby.

This review is for their mobile ordering. So I don’t usually get Chatime but I ordered it on the app for the first time today and didn’t notice until after I paid that they have 5% tips automatically calculated on your total. The default should be 0% and there’s no section or pop up asking whether you want to pay tips or not. And after you paid they won’t do anything to rectify it. It is not fair for consumers to have tips added automatically when it is not a mandatory charge. Consumers should be asked whether they want to add or pay tips. Not see it on their bills afterwards. When I tried to talk to a customer service rep about it, they tried to spin it to me and tell me that all the tips goes to the delivery driver. I ordered PICK UP which I picked up myself.It is a scam to pay with the app unless you will remember to remove the tips every time you order, unless you want to pay for it. Order in person instead.
This chatime is great never crazy busy, and you can always call them in advance for pick up they'll have your order ready in 5 minutes. Workers really nice

My drink had a leak and was noticed after I was home before i even opened it. I never dropped it and I placed it in my cup holder and drove off. The car was all sticky and the cup holders was full of milk tea. I called this place to see if there was something they could do about it. After arguing for 10 minutes they offered to replace the drink without charge. But when I got there, they refused to give me a new drink saying that the they would've checked for any leakage before and that it was my mistake for any damages to the drink. As a platinum and long time customer of Chatime I am very disappointed in the customer service provided and the fact that I wasted my time driving back after they promise to replace a single drink. The fact that I had so much trouble with them over a single drink of $7 shows how much they care about customer service/satisfaction. You won't be seeing me there anymore.
