I stopped by to try the braised beef noodle soup. I Enjoyed a Delicious meal! They are generous with noodles and comes with large chunks of very tender beef, bokChoi , carrots and radish. Come hungry and this beef bowl satisfies.The soup is nicely balanced sweet and savoury with spice notes of star anise, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, ginger. You get to choose between tomato based or mala spicy soup base. I chose tomato.I finished my soup down to the last drop.?Dining area is spacious, tables are spaced out, comfortable booths, clean, friendly service, online ordering system scan QR code.Would recommend giving them a try, they have many drinks and entree options.?
I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea and it was the most disgusting drink I’ve ever had. It tasted like taro milk tea with 200% sugar. I complained to the staff about the taste; I told them I've had this drink many times before and it never tasted like this. The staff told me they would not offer a substitution or refund. They were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant was also understaffed so we practically got zero service that night. I will not eat here again.
No service, rude staff, did not inform our table regarding lunch special, no water, did not provide napkins. When we asked the staff regarding not providing the lunch combo price, the staff blamed us for not seeing it on their mobile menu ?. To make matters worse, we went with kids and no colouring or kids activities made available to us yet they provide preferential treatment to other tables with similar age children. Would not return despite food tasting decent.
Kids friendly, kids were given activity sheets to play with as soon as we sat down. great kids meals. Lunch special for dine in between 12-8 for $14.99 which includes drinks.
Came here for the last call before closing. Had the taiwanese popcorn chicken and the condensed milk brick toast. The popcorn chicken was good specially with their sauce that came with the dish. The condensed milk brick toast was on the dryer side. I thought it would have done better with slicing deeper in the the toast then pouring the condensed milk onto the toast. Overall it was an okay experience
The mobile order menu is a bit confusing and not very user friendly.They do follow the protocol and check vaccine proof for dine in.Food quality is consistent.Severs seem to be a bit amateur but you can tell they have tried their best.
Really good selection of food and drinks. The food was good and well priced for the portion.
Water mixed with sugar, that’s how the drinks taste like. Even with the less sugar option. Worse quality I have ever had. Don’t order the drinks here ever. Tons of other options at this plaza, please don’t come here to save yourself time and frustration.
Popcorn chicken and shaved ice are really good, would prefer more veggies though. Also very kid-friendly with kid meals.
I was let down when I went last night and ended up eating somewhere else. Our whole family are double vaccinated and showed it to the staff in our iPhone wallet and our Driver’s licence but they will not accept it. They will not accept what the government issued. They just wanted a pdf copy of vaccination.So be aware if you plan on eating in the restaurant. Do carry the pdf copy or they won’t let you eat. They Will not accept the QR version with your ID.Follow up to you response: I don’t know what government regulation you are following. We are all following the government regulation as well to provide code to match with ID is sufficient. So is many restaurants we went to accepting (as per government regulations).
