I like to buy take out here. Their service is fast. The have a great list of dishes to order, but I prefer to order the set dinner so I don't have to go thru the long list on the menu. Their combo menu is pretty good. I especially like the chicken, the tofu, the sweet and sour pork, the sticky rice. The price is good too

Lack of general food safety practices. Watch the food prep guy handle raw meat and go straight to sorting the rice noodles for the next order. Guys don't practice hand washing.
Found an unknown bug in one of the dishes. (Cockroach or moth)
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I had ordered a box of beef brisket noodles today and found a piece a hair in it. I had called and let them know to be more aware and asked for an exchange because it was extremely unappetizing. I brought the dish back and the lady at the front counter rudely said "so what do you want me to do about it?" following the two chefs in the kitchen making other rude comments and denying that it was either of theirs. I would not be wasting my time writing a review if they simply would've apologized and exchange my food for me.
