Definitely one of the better branches. I rarely have issues when I get food from here, unlike some of their other branches that have messed up my order. They seem to get it right 95% of the time. My only gripe, which is no fault of their own, is how the road to the drive through and the parking area is structured. If you are entering from Lunar Crescent, there is an awkward turn to the drive through that has almost cause an accident several times with those entering from the adjacent plaza. Other than that, one of the better ones to buy from.
Hours on Google are not accurate. They close at 9pm for dine in and pickups. If you do a mobile order after 9pm, you'll have to wait in the drive through line to get your order. The line usually takes forever. Seems like there's only one person working in the evenings. I've told them multiple times about the hours discrepancy and after many times of them telling me it will be update, I'm not holding my breath.
This was the worst fast food experience ever!My four daughters were happily strolling on their way to Burger King as a family, but were quickly disappointed at the service and quality of the food, the lady messed up their order, the first time when my daughter ordered a medium sized coke, and not only didn’t receive it in the beginning but also got the wrong size, as my daughters were forced out of the restaurant, they realized they were not provided with their mozzarella sticks and fries, but they were not able to get what They ordered because they closed their diner and aggressively and repeatedly pointed at the closed sign, she eventually opened the doors, only allowing 1 of my 4 daughters in, she rudely provided my daughter with her mozzarella sticks while yelling at the staff. she was eventually provided with the mozzarella sticks still not the fries, so in the end, they were missing their fries, even after they got their food and were ready to eat after a long day of service they noticed the burgers tasted like fish and was really unenjoyable I’m very disappointed as to how my daughters were treated, and how they wasted their money on bad quality food, no pun intended, this was a quite fishy situation
The burgers and fries were good, but I had to deduct two stars for the fact that the dining room was closed at 8:50 PM on a Friday night. I don't love eating from my car. The dining room should have been open at 8:50 when the location closes at midnight. I could see closing it 1 hr before store closing, but not acceptable to close it this early.
Ordered pick up, but the store locked me out and had to lined up with all cars to ‘Drive-Thru’. The staff were not friendly at all. Ridiculous experience!
Doors are locked 1 hr before close to prevent dine-in. No issue w. this, but if you order pick-up through mobile order you MUST go through drive-thru at that point. The whole point of using mobile order is to avoid the line. Post a sign for 'pick-up only' instead of outright preventing all from entering.PS. Their poutine is tiny
This burger king is the worst. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal for lunch today, asked for heavy mayo (the receipt says heavy mayo) and I got back to work and there was NO SAUCE at all on my sandwich. Literally just a dry bun with chicken and a lot of lettuce. Cool. Tried to call 5 times, no answer.Not the first time I've had major issues here. People that work there seem like they don't care at all ever.Check your stuff before you leave!!!!

Is a long line up at 10:30pm but the food at least is freshly made
