Not sure if there has been an ownership change but what used to be decent or even large portions that was consistent with all Bourbon Street locations I have been to, is now small. Literally the portions have been reduced by at least a third if not more. We used to be full two adults sharing one combo and now it is barely enough for one. The new staff behind the food trays also didn't seem to know what he was doing except being very cautious with not overfilling the box with food.
After such a great experience at the Vaughan Mills locaton - I was excited to try this location. However, I was greatly disappointed. The portions are half of what Vaughan Mills gives. One particular employee was extremely rude. I felt rushed to order and when I asked to pay by gift cards, she claimed I could only use 1. She made it seem like paying by gift card was a huge inconvenience.
Just bought food here. Extremely rude cashier. I asked for chopsticks. She yelled rudely NO CHOPSTICKS!. I asked for fork. She gave me an open packet and so I had to ask for another one. It seems she did not want to give. She gave and she was mad and with attitude. Secondly, the food was very small portion and not fresh. NEVER go to this place.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have been to this place a few times and every single time I ended up very disappointed. First, the service is bad, I always feel very rushed to order, even before I've decided the staff already scoped stuff into the container. Second, the portion size is very very small. Unfortunately, this is the closest Bourbon for me. They always give me only ONE scope of meat! Its overpriced for that little meat. Other Bourbon would scope at least two spoonful. This place has always been very cheap, even if you go there before their closing. They would rather keep their food than to give you more than one scope of meat. So very cheap.
Food and price is solid if you're looking for a quick bite. Just don't expect service or food tasting authentic Chinese. This is its own category. I'd go back!
If I could rate minus 1 I would. Never have I experienced bad customer service the way I did here. DO NOT GO its so dirty and they are not following procedure. A chicken piece fell down on the counter and they tried to put it back on my food. The lady there is so rude and expected me to eat that chicken piece. First time there and rushed me to order, when no one else was in line. The young boy there was friendly and offered me a sample and told me to try to different chickens since I didn't know which one to go with the lady was watching and said no no only one sample. Which is fine I understand. But when I asked for spicy sauce, she touched the Sriatcha sauce with her hand, which had no gloves nor did she wash her hands and when I refused this sauce, because it was not clean and asked for a She got upset and said no other spicy sauce. RUDDDDEEEE. Think twice going here everyone. Not the best place to go to.

Warning: this is the worst Bourbon chicken location I have ever been. Rude customer service from the cashier and low quality food.The big size lady with a Cantonese accent at the cashier is very rude always and I've never seen a sampling with literally one third of one piece of meat.Food is small portion and dry.Avoid by all means.
