I went in one day maybe about half an hour before closing. I was browsing the menu, trying to remember what I had ordered the last time I was there. The cashier rudely looked at me and said we’re closing in half an hour. I never knew making a smoothie would take half an hour and definitely won’t be going if this is how the customer service is there.
They received my uber order under the name Aiden at 2:16pm. I only got my order at 2:45. It DOES NOT TAKE 45 minutes for a smoothie to be made. Please dont come to this location, they clearly do not take customers seriously. I even added a note that I needed my order quickly or else I was going to be late for work. Not happy as I ordered only 2 items.
Friendly staff, I always order online, so interaction isn't too necessary. However, staff is always friendly and treats me the same as other customers. For a simple pick up, I like how they don't make me wait too long in line, they typically ask if I am picking up and just give me my smoothie before or while they're making a smoothie for another customer. This decreases unnecessary time spent inside the store and is greatly appreciated.
Should say closing at 9:30. Anytime you go in after 9:30 they never serve you a fresh juice, then might as well save someone a trip. And so much attitude for the response, no manners. A request can be accepted by anyone. An attitude damages customer's respect.
