We went to Bingz Crispy Burger on a weekend afternoon, it was pretty packed. We waited for about 20 minutes from lining up, ordering and picking up our order. We got the Liangpi with Sesame Sauce ($6.49) with The Signature ($5.59). We also got the new Signature Beef ($6.99). The original one is made with pork and we actually preferred the beef, very juicy and tender meat but both were good. I liked the noodles with the sauce because I enjoy noodles, but it’s not for everyone and it is quite oily if you add the chili oil too so don’t add everything at first. If you want more sauce then you can add a bit more after to avoid making the dish too oily. (Side note: I got a tummy ache from all the oil after, so if you can’t handle too much oil too keep this in mind)We also got the Smokin’ Hot Shake Fries ($3.99) which were okay. They almost look like Costco fries and the seasoning is more spicy than salty. I would appreciate tasting more seasoning than just spiciness, but maybe people that like spicy will enjoy it.Overall, the food was just mediocre. The burgers were okay, the noodles are dependent on preference, but quite oily, and the fries could be less spicy or at least offer a different type of seasoning. The wait time was too long to be considered fast food and there isn’t enough seating inside. I would still say try it at least once, but it wasn’t anything mind blowing.

First time dining here and we ordered two A7 combo, one A3 combo and the chili oil wonton. A3 combo - the Liangpi comes with the sesame sauce and vinegar is average but taste a lot better when I dipped it into the chili oil wonton. The chili oil wonton is really good just the portion is a bit small. Overall the food is ok and the only thing I would suggest a bigger menu to read on the top so whilst lining up we can have time to look at (personally not a big fan to use a cell phone to scroll through the menu)

Asian fast food-literally! Good portions, friendly service, tasty flavours and cafeteria style eating. Standouts for my meal is definitely the hot soy milk that was date flavoured and the soft tofu!

Finally went to see what the hype is all about.I had the A7 combo which came with their signature crispy burger (slow cooked pork shoulder butt... what's a shoulder butt ), sizzling (nothing about it is sizzling) chili noodles & a drink (I upgraded to the creamy corn milk... v interesting! I liked this!).Everything was just OK. Tried it once but not somewhere I would drive out of my way and go again. I would give this place a 3/5.

Very busy place especially on weekends. However service is quick and efficient and staff are pretty friendly. Food is amazing and consistent and defintely recommend the sweet corn drink and the Liangpi. The crispy beef burger was also amazing and doesn't look filling but it is loaded with ingredients and packed with flavor.

Crispy burgers? Say no more. I love the variety of Chinese staples here! From wonton soup, fries and even noodles, everything is so delish here. The burgers are a must try here! Reasonably priced and it’s always so busy.

Any time I’m in the Markham area I always stop by Bingz for their crispy burgers cause it’s just sooo good ! I love their new signature beef burger the most and you can’t go wrong with their chilli oil wontons or their chilli oil noodles. I usually try to go right when they open to avoid a line up but there’s a reason people come here on a regular basis! It’s super clean and you often see the workers cleaning after each table right away as well. I’m literally coming back tomorrow to get some more yummy food, can’t get enough !

We love their food. Reasonable prices and quick service. Their beef hamburger was savoury and flakey bun tastes just like the flakey crust of an egg tart. The chili wontons are also amazing if you love the signature spicy mala (and slightly sour) flavour. A must try if you're at first markham place!! Such a familiar but yet different experience to fast food this is. First time having asian fast food and I got to say, it's pretty impressing on the quality of food they produce here compared to other fast food joints.[ The Signature ] The bun is light flaky and has a nice crisp texture to it. The filling (shredded/chopped beef) is moist and lightly seasoned.[ Black pepper beef ] The bun is light flaky and has a nice crisp texture to it. The filling (little chunks of beef) is juicy well seasoned with black pepper sauce.[ Smokin' hot shake fries ] Yummy fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seasoning and fries are packaged separately. Make sure you season to your own taste as it can get pretty spicy.Overall a great experience even though it was take out only. Between the two burgers I preferred the black pepper beef due to its texture and flavour profile.

4.5 ?The hype. is. real. Bingz is a fast-food restaurant that serves Chinese food and specializes in delicious crispy burgers. My favourites were the black pepper beef burger and the liangpi with sesame sauce. The burgers were fresh and crispy, had a lot of texture, and most importantly, were loaded with flavour! Now I know why this place is so busy and why there are always lines. The burgers were sooo good! Definitely surprised by the quality of food here, can't believe it's considered fast food! Will definitely be back again and again!
