Staff is always very friendly and assists you very well with cake orders. We ordered a Jamocha almond fudge and it served 10 people with some left over as well. Only downside was the writing on the cake, it was good but could’ve been neater.
Got January's flavour of the month which was nanaimo bar and caramel machiato. Both were delicious.
The guy who was working/closing this evening was an absolute gem. Good people, workers, possibly the owner, like this are very rare. My girlfriend and I arrived with 5 minutes to spare before closing time and got a sundae each, we left, they were amazing, we were eating them in the car facing the store. After serving us the guy went to close, turned out the lights, locked up and looked like he was finishing his closing routine when two young women drove up, rushed to the door and pulled on it to find it locked. The guy inside turned his head, then raised his arm and waved them in. Back on came the lights and he unlocked the door and quickly and efficiently served them to repeat his closing routine he’d started after they left. Absolute gem!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

This place is amazing and makes the best cakes. I ordered 2 custom made cakes and they looked and tasted so good! The store took my last minute order and had it ready in less than 48 hours! Each cake costed me $55 and served 8-10 guests. This was an incredible price for a custom-made ice cream cake.I have attached the two photos. The flavors inside were half chocolate chip and gold medal ribbon in each cake.
Great location for baskin robbins! Service is always good, they have all the pandemic protocols in place amd super clean! This is always a great treat for celebrations and hot days!
