I had a great experience yesterday at this Baskin Robbins location. I have some food allergies and was unsure for many years if I would be able to eat Baskin Robbins due to the cross contamination present with all of their ice creams.Andy was the gentleman working at the store and ensured that the utensil used was clean before putting my serving and even went as far to open a new tub of ice cream to ensure no cross contamination.Andy was extremely helpful and his amazing customer service deserves to be highlighted.
Ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and the lady was so helpful, picked up the cake and it was just as expected
When expressed that I cannot have dairy in the smoothie, the employee was accommodating and went out of her way to customize my order
I was visiting from out of town and called a cake order for pickup. I ordered an ice cream cake that I've ordered many times before. Icing flavor half and gold medal ribbon on the other. I also asked for the order taker to clean the tools as my son has a nut allergy and was assured that they would do there best. The problem was that one of the flavors was substituted for a chocolate with nuts. Fortunately one of the kids noticed this mistake before we consumed it.Please try to do better in the future.Thank you!

Very unpleasant interaction with an older male staff member (not sure if he was the manager?) - vehemently accused me of budding in line when I hadn't and caused a whole scene - pretty sure he confused me with another customer? Put me off enough ive never returned since.
Can’t go wrong with baskin robins! I love a lot of their ice creams and the staff are very friendly and professional. The parking is never a problem. Lots of spots to choose from.This location is clean and they practice covid safety well and conform to social distancing rules.
With the 20 degree weather and a beautiful shining sun, I couldn't say no to ice cream! I got tempted when I saw two others walking out with cups in their hand, so I went with my sister. First off, I must say that the employee working was SO NICE. He was polite and well-mannered, happy to answer all our questions. For his and our safety, he was wearing a surgical mask due to the current pandemic. We ended up opting for a double scoop - one scoop of the Citrus Sherbet (i.e lime) and one scoop of the Orange Sherbet. Each flavor alone was light and refreshing (I loved both!) But together, they were also delicious and paired well. This came out to around $6.68 with tax included.
