VERY DELICIOUS !!Today was my first day in Markham (I am visiting my family from the US) and wanted to come to Aroma to have a very simple breakfast; their fresh butter croissant and house coffee do not disappoint! The coffee was served hot with a complementary milk chocolate and the butter croissant was very fresh. The people working at the store were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back again!
Most terrible Aroma experience. The 3 girls were chatting in the front despite the line of people waiting. They weren’t wearing masks or in uniform either.Our table was filthy so we asked to have the table wiped down, however they took 4 times being asked by 2 different people to do so. When the girl came, she sprayed me with the chemicals instead. The food here is a lot worse than other location. My friends sandwich came BURNT and my burger was beyond lacking in ingredients. STAY AWAY. From reading the reviews, it seems as though the owner would rather pick a fight with anyone giving negative feedback than trying to correct poor customer service. You’re better off getting more pleasant service at a McDonald’s Drive Though.
Dropped by for a coffee and dessert. Average experience I'd say. Cakes looked better than they tasted. Coffee and cider okayish.
Had avocado sandwich and cappucino. As usual, the food and coffee didn't disappoint. Would love to repeat. The only drawback I had that day was that while standing in the line, I approached to get a menu, they are located on the side of the cash and was cut in the line and the worker didn't say anything to that person, just simply took her order. She couldnt overlook me standing there, for at least 5 minutes in my bright red jacket...hahahaI really don't like causing the fuss, so didn't say anything, but was extra upset.
Absolute atrocious customer service. I waited in line for over 10 minutes just needing to buy half pound of whole beans. My husband came to check in on me with my child more than once because he couldn’t believe I wasn’t done. Shivonne, took her time just standing there waiting for kitchen staff to get food ready, when she could’ve at least ACKNOWLEDGED me. Slow and very unfriendly customer service. By the time I got out it was almost 20 minutes. I could’ve gone to Walmart next door for twice the amount of coffee beans in and out in 5 minutes.
You will not be disappointed. I had a soup and sandwich. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My favourite drink is the London Fog, the make it with loose leaf earl gray. The chap at the counter was pleasant and the cook came out of the back to apologize for the wait (it wasn’t that long and they were pretty busy with deliveries). From the desert menu, try the Alfajores, they are delicious.
I enjoyed the very accommodating staff who read the menu to me because I have trouble reading. I have poor eyesight. The food is great and the place is very clean. Very great atmosphere. I met the chef. Very nice guy and good cook.
I am a regular customer at this location, the staffs are very friendly and respectful. The Mediterranean pasta salad is my go to. Absolutely recommend it.
Great food and amazing staff. Enjoyed the sandwiches everytime I've gone. Staff are very professional, and would recommend!
Ordered a drink through DoorDash and there’s an inch gap for this $6 drink. This is the second time this has happened.
