Burger and fries were both cold. Thought nothing of it until right now, as I'm praying to the toilet gods. Thanks for the food poisoning ??
It's the second time they gave me wrong burgers. I paid extra to add bacon to two burgers and they didn't add it. Also, I asked to remove tomatoes from my other two burgers which they didn't remove it.
The burger was great!The Onion rings had very Little seasoning.The service was terrible.They act like robots and treat you like a number.
If you like A&W, you'll like this place. Having said that, they need at least one more person working there to keep things moving.

My boyfriend and I wanted to order something 20 before they closed yet they refused to take any more orders. They continued to turn away other customers as well and this has happened to us multiple times already and each time was well before their official close time. One of the lady’s is especially rude.
Awesome grain fed burgers and delicious root beer.
Pretty bad service. Waited 20 minutes just to get medium fries and a burger. There was only 1 person at the front too.
