Absolutely horrible service!!! My friends and I booked an appointment and they gave our room to someone else just because we were 5 minutes late! They refused to give us any compensation and blamed us for being late!! (The lady smirked at me when I asked for accommodation)

It's a lovely KTV in London. After redecoration, there are stars shinning in the room. Also，chincken wings are tasty. I strongly recommandï¼
Prices of this place (rooms, etc) are nowhere to be found when you need it. Was told by friends this was a cheap karaoke ($5/person per hour) only to find out that each room is charged at the price of 4 people at minimum right at checkout. Was not told in advance how the pricing would work. Was not offered water - had to ask for it. Microphones died after two hours of use. They closed alot earlier than the 230am time on Google.
