Western university is beautiful in terms of study environment, architecture and many more things. I like the study view from the Amit Chakma building, gives you an amazing outside view while doing your work.

Waiting patiently to see if the plan is to poison students this year. I'm sure they plan to follow the every 9 months rule, as we watch in horror the deaths and adverse reactions already happening worldwide. I will be there to fight this madness for my son if need be! This MUST end!

Beautiful campus. My daughter just graduated with her third degree from Western. Where have the last 8 years gone? So proud of her and all her accomplishments. Western was definitely the school for her!

If you have a disability and require accommodations, think long and hard if this is where you want to go. I cannot recommend Western, it is just not a good place to study at.I hope Western will one day change, but it's too late for me.Western will say all sort of things, but I am going to remain entirely factual. Western, shame on you.My average is about 85; this is not about grades.About a year and something ago, an external review found Western to be very lacking in accessibility. Despite the strong words in the report, it is an understatement. What Western will not tell you is accessibility impacts most students, but only very few students are aware of it.I am a current student in the university, doing my BsC in Computer Science.I happen to have a disability, nothing big, and the university is well aware; I went through the required processes and everything. The accommodations I request aren't a big deal (or rather, shouldn't be), but I find that more often than not, they create more problems than they solve because instructors simply ignore them entirely, doesn't matter how much I chase them (they ignore the accessible education staff too).I found multiple people to be dishonest, flippant, and overall exhibit ableist behavior. Many times faculty members placed me in bad situations by not providing accommodations, adding unnecessary barriers to getting said accommodations, and so on. While there are some truly fantastic people in the faculty, they seem to be a small minority.Today was the last day that something could have been at least somewhat resolved, and despite them being super aware of this fact, they did nothing (they had months to do so, actually, they could have solved things easily over a year ago, they just chose not to).I would be forced into taking an additional year of studies to compensate for the university's inaccessibility, only I am currently probably just going to graduate with a 3-year degree instead, because I cannot afford a 5th year.If you do decide to go to Western, good luck, you'll need it!

Hate hate hate hospitals but the staff at University were absolutely Wonderful at our recent visit. It was just an outpatient appointment but never having been to University before we had no idea where we were going. The kindness and friendliness we were shown helped put us at our ease and made the whole thing a much nicer experience. Thankyou all!!!!!

Western is a school with lack of diversity all around in the faculty for undergrad and unfair acceptance policies. Almost all professors in undergrad faculties are white. In cases where it is a deal breaker in admissions between students with same grades & community involvement, guess what type of student gets picked? I will leave you to guess. UWO actually means university of white Ontario. They need to revamp the culture at the school to fix the issue. Negative attitudes all around.

Western is a factory for the old boys club. Two of my bosses went here, they were white males, and referred to me as a "body" and a "workhorse". My manager, same thing, very unethical person. The girl you went on a date with two summers ago? Same story, no boundaries. I also worked with a woman in technology sales who went here... not the most ethical person I've encountered.

The psychology department sought me out for studies during hospitalizations, because there is difficulty accessing funding, most ppl are poor, homeless, or without food or transportation.ODSP often required 6 months documentation, UWO prays on this.I did brain scans, they wanted access to my medical files, and all my personal information, along with contact with family, for a whopping $100, when I had one bag of rice in my pantry, nothing else.I was told I could withdraw consent at anytime if I felt uncomfortable.I have since contacted a few people who assured me my information was removed, however when I sought written confirmation they told they had no way of finding any of it and I was not provided contact information, or a study name.Every contact with the psychology department has ended in "Take Care".Science is nothing without unwavering ethics, Western clearly has slipped on this front. This isn't science, it's inhumane.

Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic.3M Centre UWO. My son and I attended the clinic 2X a week apart. Limited paid parking & card required, notified of well before appointment. $3 today $4 prev.Worth every penny in convenience!**Presidential service front to back.*Not a walk-in clinic. Play safe! ?

Great school lots of diversity, and the students are wonderful to have in the neighborhood. Yes they like to party but honestly they are students and need to let loose once in a while so they can have a break from the intense studies. Give em a break these kids are our doctors and dentists and young professionals who will be in our workforce soon let them have a bit of fun and give em a wide berth...
