Quality of the food was poor. Breakfast sandwich sausage was cold. Wendys free coffee was terrible. The after taste is strong like it’s burnt. Not the first time I’ve tried it. Just poor quality coffee.
I got the breakfast meal. The sausage n egg sandwich was okay. The fries were really good. But the coffee was just like it was from Coffee Time (remember Coffee Time)
Grabbed a couple burgers on way home after working late. Food is always fresh and hot at this time of night. Easy to get in and out especially at night. Not so much during the day since it is in Oxford St. Servers are great and I will be back
Have heard people said meals have came with out burgers under the buns and one time I got a kids meal and only came with toys and the fries. I paid cash and when I went back they said it wasn't on the system. Poor quality more training needed
This location is usually pretty good whenever I have gone here. The staff are nice & usually pretty quick getting order done. This time I had explained at least 4 times when I was asked at least 4 times about an item I ordered & explained again when I paid. Our order still got messed up it took longer to get our food, then had to wait longer to get missing items. This is the only time this has happened so I'm giving 4 stars.
Everything was so good ,once the order was done to my satisfaction.Server too quick to take my order and mixed ingredients incorrectly,but minor glitch,food was all good
Food was good, but we didn't get everything we ordered and they somehow overcharged us. I live an hour away and forgot to check my bag until I was home, that's when I realized we were missing food. Too far to go back and get it fixed.
I don’t understand how the ratings are on average a 4/5, when a quick scroll through the reviews say otherwise.Arrived at 11pm yesterday, and their entire dine-in was fully closed with the closing metal gates, even though it says on both their doors and their website that dine-in closes at midnight. An employee was cleaning the tables at the time I arrived, which shows that dine-in was open earlier, so it doesn’t seem that dine-in was closed for a reason. I would assume they close dine-in early to leave early, showcasing the laziness of both the staff and managers.The dine-in cash register was open though, so I ordered takeout. My bus was delayed for thirty minutes, and I asked whether I could wait inside — not to eat or anything but just to stand inside after ordering. They said no. This was a surprise to me, as their dine-in should be open during these hours anyways, so the least they could do is let people stay warm in this cold weather while they let their food go cold.The staff seemed messy and disorganized, several workers rummaging around in the front yet no organization whatsoever. They almost forgot to give my drink (which is usually the first thing given, since it’s the easiest to make), and it took some time to get a worker’s attention to order food.The food was not as horrible as their customer service, but it was definitely on the lower end of experiences I’ve had with food at Wendy’s. The fries were not fresh and the burger was made sloppy.This is my first time going to this location at nighttime, but if closing dine-in early for an hour or more is a recurrent problem, this location very may as well stay permanently closed. I regret going out of my way to travel here for disappointment.
I order a combo and I asked please make sure my fries are hot and fresh, I drove 5 minutes and when I got home fries as cold as a lot of ice in a bucket. I called the store and the person has the courage to tell me that couldn't have been possible making me feel like a lier. Make when you get your order everything as per orderedDo not recommend this place and people that work there
I sat in a taxi while wait to order and racking up a bill when I ordered 3 JBC’s with no tomato or lettuce, add mustard.They stated that they couldn’t add the mustard to the burgers. But could give me packets on the side. Not a problem.When I opened my food. Not only did I have no mustard, but there was avocado on my sandwiches and I’m allergic.Thumbs up!
