Was better when it was Sammy's. Typically dirty store. Employees not washing hands. Tried on more than one occasion to get my daughter a burger only to be told they didn't have any in. Fries are subpar. How do you run a business like this?
I wont Purchase anything from you again extra meat I paid for it got way to much tzatziki sauce and no extra meat. This place was good but now new employee and its S#&T
I used to order from here every week... Tonight will be the last time. I was told 40 mins for delivery and it took an hour and a half. The fries are ice cold and hard as a rock. Almost broke a tooth! The gyros are burnt. Gyro meat is huge chunks, not shaved and the tomatoes are complete mush. The only edible thing was the handful of lettuce, one olive and the massive chunks of red onion that made up a "greek" salad.
Today (December 4th, 2021) at 4pm, my husband tried to get lunch/dinner from here. He was told he couldn't order anything as they were preparing for the night shift. We have never had that issue before when trying to order around this time. To make matters worse, when I finished getting my food from Bar Burrito, we went past Uncle Nick's and saw them serving two customers mere moments after denying my husband the ability to order. If it they were going to be done rather quickly, why not tell him a wait time instead of turning him away? To be honest, we have always found customer service here less than desirable and while the food is good, we are unlikely to revisit this location again. Also, when trying to figure out a way to contact them, only a phone number is provided and no email address. What is the point calling to complain to the individuals we are essentially complaining about?
Went in today and the man who was serving me was awesome! Great service and the food was good too! Thanks for the double fry on my fries ?!!!
This place just gave us a wrong order..said he's not Greek..only wanted one pita and pork sovlaki on skewers..wouldn't change order..I recommend don't order from this place..our last time ordering from hear ..I tell you right now !! Feeling pissed and disappointed ?
I literally just placed my first ever order from Uncle Nick's Souvlaki and I must say im pretty dang impressed! Fair prices and very good food!. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and informative and the delivery was great and although she had a mask on I could tell she had a smile. 10/10
Excellent burgers and gyros my favorite go to when I'm in the area
Ordered take out for one piece fish and chips , look at the little chicken nuggets size of the fish with enormous quantity of low grade potato fries. Probably my last order from Nick's.
