Had to stop during our trip to Canada. Good coffee but disappointed on one visit when we ordered food only to be told a few minutes later that they had thrown out the food and couldn't complete our order. They offered a refund, which we accepted, only to realize it was only a partial refund and they were going to give us our side orders. We explained we didn't want the sides to accompany a non existent main dish. Still got charged for the drink since I had already taken a sip.
I am requesting someone contact me to discuss the incompetence of handing errors made in the drive thru. I understand errors happen but being unwilling to make it right is unacceptable.
I had an offer for 1$ timbits I asked to apply it and the man didn't apply it and when I asked why he said I just couldn't do it
I had stopped going toTims because of cost and the food is not the best. Industrial food and the coffee is not great. I got Gift card so I got a coffee and a croissant. Ho Hum. Not a fan since its not Canadian any more. Better coffee at home and NO LINE UPS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH. STAY HOME AND RELAX.
They can do better staff wise and quality of coffee and food… I drive further to another site despite this location being 2 minutes away from home
An efficient drive-thru with friendly staff. Highly reccomend the Oat Latte which is dairy-free and tastes just as good as Starbies'. The drinks are always hot and taste delicious.
Employee was extremely incompetent, messed up 3 coffees, 1 was suppose to be 3 cream 1 sugar tried passing it as a double double instead, other two double double's with caramel shots did not have shots nor where double double's. When I went in to get the order fixed, did not apologize for the mistake, and seemed very annoyed to have to fix it. I understand mistakes, but messing up 3 coffees in a row is a little much. Please make sure training is up to par. This was at 12:25am, was served by a young male about 5'6 5'7.
Helps this location is 24/7. I know a few places that used to open at 5, which now aren't open until 6. The drive thru is usually quite fast, although my order has been goofed a couple times (no sauced bacon egg sandwich when a steak and egg was ordered). Also, this morning I ordered an iced Capp and got one that was peanut butter flavoured. I'd heard this was happening, and a recall was going on. If that's true, this locations supply was missed for recall. I can honestly say I do NOT like peanut butter flavoured iced Capp so hopefully this is resolved soon. On the bright side, the staff are 8/10 times friendly??
This place has ripped me off many times. I pay for extra cheese and get none. I also pay for cream cheese and get nothing. I spend the money and they always screw up my order. I'm not going back there anymore if staff can't read orders right instead of standing around taking...
A little crowded. The staff does there best to help you out, but the demand makes them to not offer a excellent service, although I did receive a good service, I think they could improve.
