Ordered a Turkey Bacon club, iced capp, timbits and a coffee. Everything was delicious! Usually tim hortons messes up the sauces for me, i like the chipotle instead of mayo but they made my sandwich perfectly :) very clean from the looks of the place as well

Never has donuts and takes forever to order. If you going through drive thru and they mess up, don't call as they will mimic you.
Exactly what you would expect from a Tim Hortons.Drive thru is fairly efficient and I have not yet had any issues with my orders from here.Staff is friendly and the store is kept clean.
5 stars as the CREW decide when to open the doors THEIR CONSTANTLY LOCKED EVERY MORNING ALMOST. How does 1 come in to order when the company refuses to open the doors but caters to DRIVE THEU ONLY.THATS DISCRIMINATION !
Unfriendly staff who lack customer service experience. Grumpy and don’t even speak to you and act like your inconveniencing them, if your not that happy make a change. This was around 8:30am this morning in store front counter.
Ice capp machines are always down wait in drive thru all the time for them to tell you it's down . Never have stuff in store when you go in.
This place is utterly ridiculous. Everytime me or one of our family members comes to this spot they are always out of things . Every single time. Obviously the manager in this location doesn't know how to run this location. Always running out there f this on a consistent basis isn't acceptable.
Orders wrong from time to time, but staff are always super nice and helpful about it. Shyla always goes out of her way to create conversation and make regulars feel welcome
Fast efficient service at this location. I've noticed with this particular franchise that each location has its own vibe or mood. The worst I've been in is Byron believe it or not. This location is obviously well managed and has a real positive impact.
