Do not buy Cold Brew from this Location! I don't think so they follow hygiene protocols for Cold brew as I found lots of white residues in my cup. This happens when they don't clean the slimline it enough and employees don't throw away the old brewed coffee.

Usually okay, but it doesn't take much to actually stir a coffee. I shouldn't have to do it myself. Also why does it cost more for some items at this location then others? Incredibly slow location, takes way too long for dimple things. I'm guessing bad management. Please take some time to train your staff appropriately.
I get London is a very culturally diverse city, and foreigners need to work too but when you have somebody working the drive-thru who barely even speaks English and is holding up the drive-thru line because of their poor ability to speak the common tongue, put her in the kitchen and have someone who can speak to customers work the drive-thru. I shouldn’t have to repeat my order 5 times just for it to be wrong and to not even have them include the food I ordered.
Got my orders mobile orders wrong twice!! I mean it was just a donut and muffin. I understand they were in a rush but they could slow it down a bit.
We did take out the food is always great and the capachino, which I can't spell, was excellent. Staff are always pleasant and prompt!
This Tim horton is really close to my house and i regularly order from this place; usually I order by drive thru; Last saturday we decided to dine in, I ordered double double coffee and breakfast, Staff advised that they mixed up some coffee and offered me 1 cup and advise if I can check this one correct or not; I am sorry but if you messed up order please provide me correct order; I don't want trial and error; specially with my first morning coffee. I did not like the customer service here.
Got a bacon egg biscuit sandwich this morning and the egg was grey and tasted off. Couldn't eat it which was a waste and a not so great start to my day. Wouldn't go to this location again for food. Coffee saved it from a 1 star.
Every time I go through the drive thru here I always have the worst experience. Orders never correct even when they repeat your order back to you. Very dissatisfied, considering my whole order which was supposed to be my lunch, was completely wrong.
