No camomile tea. Garbage on the floor near cash. Witnessed girl mopping but didn't mop spill two feet away. Dirty bathroom.
Those Tim Hortons had added oat milk to the menu. Much better than almond milk. This Tim Hortons is like most others.
This used to be my go to Tim Hortons as it is so close to where I live. However, since the pandemic they are not maintaining it well at all. Every time I have been there, the store smells bad, and there is sometimes burnt food smoke rising from the kitchen. Floors are sticky and tables are not clean. Given a busy neighborhood, they could have made better use of this place and create a more welcoming environment like it was before.
This is honestly the worst tim hortons I have been to. The wait time in the morning when people are trying to get to work on time is absolutely unacceptable. 25 minutues just to get a coffee ( i was the 3rd person in line) like seriously!!!! The line up was through the door and you have only one person 'in training' DURING RUSH HOURS doing it all by herself. Management are you really that dense and can't schedule people properly during peak hours? ?
Food & drinks themselves are great. The Drive Thro during daytime had multiple errors in orders on many occasions. Double check always.
Nice place. The street is busy, so turning into the plaza might take some patience especially if you need to do a left turn, but the place is fine.
Never coming here again, bad customer service and couldn't follow a simple direction as to make sandwich on bagel and add a slice of cheese, and ingredients are VERY EXPIRED. I work at a timmies and I know stale chicken when I see it. Do not recommend.
This is one of the worst Tim Hortons In London! It is always so slow! It is a complete joke, it shouldn't take 15mins to get through 3 people in the dtivethru. And today my tea is low by over an inch. Just avoid this one so you can save yourself the frustration.
I placed mobile order and selected take out to not wait in the line but the guy kept me waited 15 minutes only for a coffee. He served people who came after me.
Had an employee fight with me over me wanting my order fixed during the lunch rush. Cashier fixed my order in the end but still not happy over this. Screen was broken as well so no way for me to make sure they even put my order in correctly.
