Definitely a Tim Hortons. I’ve only been here a few times and all during the pandemic but they seemed nice and the food has been good.
When you pay for a cheese bagel to be tasted you expect it to go through the toaster and instead get a burnt grilled bagel on the outside with lines and the inside is soggy. Then you pay for cream cheese, just to have next to nothing on it, so your eating a dry soggy bagel that you paid $4 for. Not impressed at all
Wanted to buy 2 dozen donuts, they only had Boston cream and double Chocolate available. So then asked for 50 assorted timbits but only chocolate left. Very disappointed
Hands down the best TIm Hortons location in London. Staff in the drive thru are always wonderful and are very cooperative. The only hope I have left for the Tim's of London.
Maybe the worst in the city…. Employees are undertrained and lack confidence. Was only person in line and still took a good 5 mins to even notice I was there. When I finally was serviced the guy taking my order didn’t know how to use the till and ended up staring blankly at the screen till another employee came to help. I repeated my order 3 times and still was incorrect. When I received my food I enquired about a missing item and was rudely met with “well you didn’t order that”…. I repeated my order 3 times and very clearly….. why should the costumer take blame for the lack of training on employees…..
Well first I have to say It's hard working at TimHortons. I know, in saying that I want to tell the staff on both ends to get a personality in the morning you are the first person my self and others see to start there day. It is really off putting. You might as wall be robots.
Very busy location specially lunch time, but they serve quickly. Very friendly staff, parking spots are limited.
I ordered a Sausage English Muffin and a large Iced Coffee this morning at the Timmy's on Wharncliffe Road South, closest to Highview Avenue. They got my order wrong. They gave me a Cold-Brewed Iced Coffee with a long, black hair on the side of the cup. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English muffin was very greasy and I was sick to my stomach!! What a way to start a Wednesday morning! Awful!
