No dining in . Staff was miserable. Food good but wait was long and had no customers ahead of myself.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app, figured ordering ahead makes life easier for the staff. God was I wrong. I got there to pick up my lunch and was told they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, the person working there told me that I would have to contact support on the app. I contacted the app and they told me I had to contact the store. I’m tired of the nonsense, the app is brutal - this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with it. The customer service is a joke and I’m tired of playing games. Avoid this place, Starbucks and McDonald’s have much better apps, and much better customer service standards.

I’ve been to this location a few times and don’t have any bad things to say. I’ve seen some questionable characters around but hey… everyone drinks coffee. Last week when I was in a man lit up his cigar in the entrance and hung out in there for a bit. I don’t think the workers noticed. You also need to ask to use the restroom.. I believe the buzz you in. I’m sure I’ll be back.

You gave me tea rather than coffee and when I returned it I got attitude…..Nice!Another daily customer GONE!Good morning McDonalds.

Drive through was backed up ..decided to go in to avoid idling in the drive through and go inside..Bad decision on my part Waited in line for over 20 minutes to order and another 5 waiting for the order... finally got home only to discover my soup was only filled halfway... grrr not to mention the app again had issues loading...so yes this store gets a one.. my worst review to date...

NO SEATING AT ALL. Dec 6. Idk what’s going on but all seating has been stacked away. If yer looking for a nice, relaxing sit down, then this isn’t the place. Disappointing.

I was at your restaurant today and there was a customer that had a hearing disability. They asked your employee to pull down her mask since they stated that they read lips and could not understand what the employee was saying. Your employee refused, despite there being plexiglass between her and the customer and no other employees within two meters. Your employee did nothing to make ordering more accesible. I stepped in to pull down my mask so the customer could order. This is against AODA policy, and more should have been done to make ordering accessible for the customer.

Delivery order from this location for 2 teas and a 20 pack of timbits, over an hour later it hadn't even left the store and when I called to check on it the person who answered the phone just snapped at me that it'll be on the way. Really should have made my own tea, this is unacceptable.

It was my first time going to this location. I ordered a coffee and two breakfast wraps. I was given my coffee straight away and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and still hadent received my food. After asking a different worker they made it for me. These workers need to pay more attention to customers orders. I won't be going back to this location.

I have been to many Tim Hortons. But this experience is worth sharing. I went to this Tim Hortons for a coffee. And after 10 minutes of waiting, someone took my order and got the coffee in another 5 minutes. After 15 min waiting I got a tea with no sugar. Completely different. The staffs at this location is unbelievable. The funny thing was that the store was having lots of staffs. And when I asked one employee abt this issue, she started to lecture me about how she spilled a coffee and how she cleaned that.
