If I could give this location a zero, I would! Have. I sat in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes and hadn’t moved. Luckily I was able to still turn out and park. I walked in and ordered immediately. My order consisted of 2 s’mores ice capps, 1 donut & 1 Farmers sausage wrap. After 10 minutes I asked if my order would be much longer. The only other customer ahead of me said “good luck, I’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes for my cheese croissant”.An employee overheard him and finally got him his order. My drinks at this point were given to me as well. I asked about the sandwich and asked if it would be much longer, I would just take a refund. Another employee overheard and jumped in and prepared my sandwich. The drinks were put in a tray with the hot sandwich (not even in a bag). Well, to top off the over 20 minutes I had been trying to get my order (from drive thru to in-store), one ice Capp had not been properly placed in the tray (and after what I had experienced already, I should have checked myself) and fell over and dumped all over my passenger seat. I will now need to get it cleaned. I couldn’t get the sandwich out of the box - the cardboard was stuck to it I could not get it off the sandwich - so that went to the garbage untouched. I have never had such a terrible experience. There are so many Tim Horton’s locations to choose from - stay way from this location!

Drive thru is usually long and decided to go inside this morning at 920am. Only person in line and got my bagel, donut and tea 20 mins later. Never complained. Sat down and opened my bagel wrapper. That's easily a half cup of frozen butter on that bagel lol I improvised and used my finger to melt and spread the butter. Very very slow location. One person making all the food and she looked so stressed out. Help your team members! It's not just this location. Stop being cheap Tim's and hire more people. You cannot keep up with the demands of a growing population. Your stock is minimal at all locations. I'd like to see you succeed but it's all about saving a buck and not providing good product and services

The most popular place. Without it's coffee can't think a single day. Thanks Tim❤️ love u for making our day special ❤️

Incredibly slow! They have 4 people working drive thru, 1 person tending counter because they won't open the second checkout, and 1 person making food for drive-thru and counter. This place need to hire more staff and open the second checkout. 1 person struggling to make 10 orders of food while 5 people stand around waiting on them without helping. That isn't fair.

Could be a little quicker , for the most part good but employees will sometimes just look at you and keep walking . You always see a few just standing around which should just jump in and help to make it a bit less chaotic in there

Gotta say, service is going down hill FAST at ole Timmy's. Not just one location,or town. Went for an advertised steak n egg combo... No eggs, AGAIN!!! Went for a lunch time coffee at work,in St. Thomas. There was 5 ppl on drive thru....,1on the counter...AND THEY WERE ON BREAK,?. Walked out without a coffee...

This Timmy's is one of the very few that actually has fresh foods and most heavily desired items in stock! Nothing else to say really. It's a tim Hortons lol it's got its old people groups inside and it's motorcycle enthusiasts outside! No weird stuff and employees are generally positive. I quite enjoy this Tim's.

Horribly slow. Sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. I have enough time to write this review . This is our second time waiting in drive through like this. I'm sure they weren't designed to run like this. Get proper management and train your staff better. Complete breakdown here.

Oh boy, where to start. On Sat, Dec 4, this location had the bonus of being adjacent to the Santa Claus parade coming through Dundas. The franchise owner here was either unaware or unwilling to make any special arrangements for the thousands of potential customers. The usual 4-5 school-aged staff operated ONE checkout, leaving a lineup around the corner for a 25 minute wait in -1 degree weather.Once finally inside, customers would find out that a Winter staple, Hot Chocolate, was unavailable all morning, and would leave empty handed. Not one employee would step outside to announce this, and this location has lost all my business and undoubtedly hundreds of others.Well managed.

The donut display wasn't properly cleaned and you can see that they rushed cleaning the glass and inside, and when I ordered it took them a long time to get me my order when it was just four drinks and two bake goods. Speed of service needs to improve.
