Overall a decent location compared to the rest of the chain. The people are nice, line ups aren't too long, coffee is always hot and only once every few months do I chew on coffee grounds.I do not like how they practically throw the coffee at me at the drive thru also had to stop ordering breakfast because it's always cold.

The young man who took my order did not ask me ehat kind of chicken I wanted in my bowl. There was too much spicy sauce. The girl at the window kept my change.

The staff there literally don’t even know what they’re doing. They take forever even when there’s no cars. Sat in the drive threw for at least 10 minutes to pull up to the window to grab the wrong order. Worst customer service EVER.

I went to Tim Hortons today and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered Tim bits, two coffees, and an peach ice tea. Half of the Tim bits were bit into. The coffee was cold. And the ice tea was sour. This is all true I had to throw the Tim bits out, it was discussing and a waste of money. I advise you to check what you ordered before you leave.

This is the worst tim hortons I have ever gone to. Was in the drive thru for 25 minutes only a few cars ahead of me thinking omg people if your ordering that much go inside till I got up for them to take my order then I understood what the hold up was I was trying to order a ex large decaffeinated 2 sugar how had is that well it took me 7 trys for them to finally get that right and a couple other coffees but the got that right. Got to where I was going not one coffee was right. Needless to say I will never be going back to that timmys again and the owner should maybe look for better staff. Just saying

Short staff like every tim Hortons right now , but worse is when you place your order and still wait 20 mins with 2 cars in front of you and they did not even have my coffe ready when I got to pay but they had the order behind me ready , both the guys looked at eachother and really had no clue who even took my order … I will start to go to Starbucks if I have to wait this long for just a coffeee faster service there

Professional staff, quick service. Prices are a bit much. Tim Hortons in general just isn't as good as it used to be.

I had to wait to get my car serviced at Finch Nissan, so I grabbed a bagel and coffee and sat in the dining area while I waited. The staff are the most unprofessional crew I’ve even witnessed. Perhaps if they put more effort in to customer service instead of chatting/yell talking ( like they were talking at a volume 100) I’m all for having fun at work but that is if you are providing great services. They were not. I went up to ask for a napkin. They decide to finish their chat before handing me a crumpled up napkin and said nothing. The lack of integrity and respect for the paying customer is just gross

I’d give a zero if I could! Horrible staff egg shells in my breakfast wraps, I’ve gotten fluff on my wrap idk where it even came from! And a stale muffin! Last time I went they took my money sat there then gave it back after 5 mins didn’t even say anything just asked if I want something else.

I had a terrible experience when I went here in drive thru this day. I ordered a timbiebs and the crew assigned on that area didn’t even informed me that they don’t have timbiebs anymore instead she gave me a box of 10pack timbiebs but it only has a regular timbits inside. Why not just tell me if you don’t have it then just cancel my order. Tsk
