I gave this location an honest try. I was talked to very rudely one day and I kept my cool and stated maybe she didn’t hear me when I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. She said I’m supposed to review the order before I drive up, that’s what I should have done and made no offer to correct the error. When we drove away with the rest of our order we noticed they made another error. I contacted the customer service line for Tim’s and was told a manager from that location would contact me. I received an email from the WRONG location. So I contacted customer service yet again. I was told AGAIN I would be contacted and NEVER was. I’ve never had such bad service from a Tim’s and I’ll never return to this location.
Ordered a ham and cheese on whole wheat and there was no ham or cheese just lettuce. The bun was white bread...never ate there again.
Went through the drive thru as I pulled up they were like what can I get u no hello or anything then when we get to the window the girl was rude never said hi or anything when she said our total she was rude and then basically thru everything out the window at us never said have a nice e day or anything walked away and we sat trying to get their attention asked for ketchup and again basically thru it at us, just plain rude service
I have come here many times, as it’s on the way home from work. Every day I get 3 drinks, one for myself and the others for people at my house. Almost every day there is something wrong. Once I asked for a green tea black, they put a green tea bag in a black coffee. Another time they did the same thing, but with an orange pekoe tea. It has happened many more times. Today I asked for a orange pekoe tea 2milk and the gave me a green tea with 3milk. It was put into the computer properly, but clearly staff don’t read it and just make whatever they want. Will not be coming back to the store.
I came with my family to drink tea and this woman serves cold step tea and I asked her for hot steptea, this woman is very very rude, poor customer service. Her name is jeen I think not sure about it, she works at night time, she start throwing coffee on and was not ready to make new tea for me and my family. I don’t understand why is she working in customer service when she don’t even know what does the customer service means.To the manager of this place, please teach her some manners and respect.
I just went in after work to get a coffee and a bagel and I literally watched the kid make my bagel and I saw him place the bagel in a puddle of brown liquid and then continue to make my bagel and when he went to top it this man actually squished it into the counter and proceed to give me my bagel now I know that tim hortons isn’t obligated to give any sort of emotion to this sort of thing but I’m not looking for anything like that I’m just saying that this is far beyond the first time something like this has happened at this exact location at southdale and Adelaide and I just want people to be careful at this location because the staff there are extremely unprofessional and the establishment itself is not the cleanest from what I’ve seen so just be cautious
You get 5 stars for having jalapeño bagels. I nearly cried when you were sold out of them though. They're my absolute favourite!
The only reason I get up every morning Is to drive to tem to get my cop of coffee and my Brawny. I cant go with out them.
Been to this tim hortons and ordered croissant and when i opened for my lunch, it was underbaked ,twisted and not snappy croissant.I came back through the main door and the staff who were taking orders was extremely rude and said there is nothing wrong with it.I said check yourself this is what croissant supposed to be.she Didn’t even paid attention to what i was saying and just dumped croissant in bin and handed me new one.very disappointed in how they deal with their customers.Its not about the croissant,its more about your service to your customers.would never come to this location again.
take a 20 minutes walk, have a brunch there with wifi and walk home. great weekend outdoor gym class.
