The staff here are wonderful. I was having difficulty with my Google pay and had $3 and change still owing on my order. After wrestling with the app for a while one of the servers, not sure if he was a manager or not, but he realized my difficulty and paid the remaining balance for me. I cried. A little from shame, a little from frustration, and most definitely there were tears there of gratitude. You are too kind, thank-you.I'll be back...with my Google pay problem sorted.
The most horrible workers ever!! I went there with some friends whose first language it’s not English, which is why they were slow at answering when ordering. They asked the cashier to repeat what he said because he was talking to fast for them to understand and he yelled at them instead of just repeating slowly. Not even kidding, all the people eating there turned to see what was happening.Never coming back ???
Hands down the best Tim Hortons in the city. You actually get cream cheese on your bagel . They are not stingy it’s a proper portion of cream cheese and veggies on my bagel . Can’t get them like this anywhere else in the city !
ordered a bagel, timbits and coffees. wrong bagel, wrong spread on bagel, 50% of the “assorted” timbits were plain, and coffees were made incorrectly. genuinely impressed at their ability to not get a single thing right.

Customer service was bad... I went up there in the morning, and the elderly lady literally ruined my day.. i had an offer on my Tim card which I was unable to understand, so i just walk upto her and asked her about the sandwich on my offer, she didnt explain and asked me to look to the menu instead with attitude. I told her i cant find the particular sandwich on the menu. To which she rudely replied , 'its not my job to explain the offers, it is yours'.I just ended up ordering something else to avoid any more conversation with her. She was not nice. This is not how you should treat another human being. She could have instead told me politely that she is unaware of this particular sandwich but can gladly help me with something else. I would have appreciated that.Their drive thru is however ok.
The place is located just near to the riverside part and has a bustop adjacent to it. The locatikn is good for the park visitors and it opens early
Horrible customer service, and well service at all. There’s 2 ladies that I wish I knew their names to give them credit, they always go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my experience! As for anyone else that I have dealt with there, they consistently get my order wrong, and when I do take the time to go in and correct it, I get treated rudely or told that my order wasn’t made wrong. The only reason I even continue to go to this location is because I live near there, and I’m always happy when I do get the few employees that respect their customers.
The customer service on evenings is poor! Today April 11 2022! At 8 pm, I asked for a cup of water and the employes ask me for 0,75 cents saying that is a new policy wich is totaly wrong! Besides they did not have their badge.
I went to this Tim Hortons and ordered an Iced Coffee from the drive thru on Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 at 12:30am. I pull up to the window and a lady with short hair brings me an Iced Capp so I take it and notice its not what I ordered. I waited by the window and asked her nicely that I ordered an Iced Coffee and try giving it back to her. She replies with so much attitude saying “Actually you said Iced Capp and I can’t take that back. I will make a new one” and she was definitely not happy but that is not how you speak to a customer. She could have just said “I will make you a new one”. I am 99% sure I said Iced Coffee. Very rude! I will be back to the same location and they better treat customers with respect.
