I love this place for fresh coffee and donuts. But today, I ordered small coffee and they just gave me half cup coffee. When I came home and noticed that my bagel was almost burnt instead of regular toasted.

Have not been to this location for awhile. Lukewarm coffee uggg. Went to this location about a week ago and I'm happy to say that the coffee was nice and hot. It tasted great. This store after two years is finally off of my avoid list.
We were in London to the regional ER hosp for our little dog. They suggested to go and get a drink from Tim's on Hamilton Rd and Inkman.The staff were very friendly, very quick to put our order together and out the door. Thank you for your help today Sat, Mar 5/22 in the late afternoon
Pretty fast location, parking lot is always very busy. Sometimes there are some not-so-nice looking patrons hanging out outside the store, but generally feel it's a safe place to be. Basically zero dine in restaurant seating right now. Take out is fast
Just your average Tim Hortons. Nothing less or more. All good. Positive vibe and they now have oat/almond milk! Yay! More vegan options please?!?!?!
I like this because it’s not busy, neat and nice staff, but parking spots are limited.
Well since it said open 24 hrs on its web site but I know walk ins close at 11 I walk the 8 blocks for super for my wife in freezing temperature and guess what??? They closed at 3pm for walk-ins so I go to the drive in window and the ignorant women looks at me and turns her back. I didn't think I would be served but I also don't deserve to be ignored. Well below costumers expectations. I would give this a NO STAR but then I wouldn't be able to post!!!!!
Staff are great. Especially your evening supervisor/manager. It's so unfortunate that customers have to be harassed by so many homeless people. Even going through the drive thru they follow the cars through pestering other customers. It's almost like this Tim's need a security person as this shouldn't be put on the employees to have to deal with,especially at minimum wage. A big turn off . Just sayin
I get my breakfast sandwich and ice cap on the way to work and out of 5 days I would say I'm lucky if the order is right 3 out of 5 times. They have been a little better the last few weeks.
