I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese, I got charged for the extra cream cheese but when I went to bite into my bagel I noticed there was barely any cream cheese at all. What a rip off, I paid for extra cream cheese and I get barely any. Tim's should realize that if are going to charge extra for sauces/toppings you have to make that extra charge worth it.
We have been to many Tim Hortons but they need to move and get new drive through microphones and speakers. We have had the wrong order the last two times we stopped on our way out of town.With the new island and divider, it no longer can be accessed off Wellington heading towards the 401. Getting in is like a trap, as getting out can become difficult with its exit about three car lengths from the light.You are better off waiting the 30 min getting your coffee at the Enroute, 20 if you have a lead foot.
Went through drive thru. Disappointed to hear they had no no hot food or sandwiches available. Only a few options of muffins and doughnuts... Employee was great about the custom coffee order. No napkins for food item though :(
No one that works there seems to want to be working. Today, the bun they used was rock hard and the sandwhich was barely edible. If I coud do 0 stars, I would.
Low stock I wanted to have more to pick from I love my donuts I eat them all the time and I know how they should be in all tastes in every bite
They have missed 4 of my free coffees, which I was not overly concerned till I found out my co-worker has had at least 3 of her free coffees not awarded to her. Find that they're in such a hurry to get my coffee to me (not stirred) that thats why they miss your free one s
I usually don't complain but yesterday was not good. Ordered 2 bacon chicken wraps. They were not good. Bacon was uncooked and white and chicken tough and mostly fat. Not a good food day!!
I ordered a BLT wrap with extra bacon. I had 2 pieces of bacon. I called was told to come back at my convenience and it would be replaced. I go back. Told drive through woman I was there for a replacement. I ordered same thing. 2 pieces of bacon again. It's very frustrating. This isn't the first time I've had an order messed up. I asked for a Iced coffee with no sugar syrup and 3 sweeteners and expresso shot. Well, I got sugar syrup, lots of cream, 3 sweetner and no expresso shot. Completely over this location.
I would rate it higher because the morning staff Monday to Friday are awesome;but, the afternoon and weekend staff have to have the record for slowest drive thru in London. Just awful.
I bought a medium tea and I think they give me small ? anyway, it was a good stop in highway, washroom was clean.Thanks
