Best pho I’ve had. People are nice. Price is good. Servings are big.
We won’t recommend this restaurant. Went here today, June 2, 20221. The woman in grey cardigan was RUDE. We just finished our meal and she immediately came to take the bowls and asked “1 bill?”. We are still enjoying our time! And we did not ask for the bill yet! It’s giving the impression that you want us to leave!2. We ordered for 2 root beers. In the menu the cost for pop is only 1.50 we were charged 3.50! When we asked why they told us that we should have told them that we want the can. No one told us that there is a refillable! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK THE CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE OPTIONS THAT ARE NOT IN THE MENU!!

First, some restaurant highlights: attentive staff, decent dish portions, overall cleanliness.The bad: limited pho options, excessively saucy noodles, the tea is overpowered by the smell of bleach, fruit shakes taste very watery with way too much ice. Their "fried noodles" are actually soggy rice noodles drenched in a sauce that looks like soup.
The prices+portions is what keeps this place going. It’s my third choice to get food, tonight i had the pad thai. Whoever was making it tonight seriously did the best job!! Sometimes when i get it for take out the noodles end up over cooked and so so so mushy :( I think because it keeps cooking after its put in the container. I also always ask for extra extra spicy and I’m pretty sure they give me regular.But tonight, wow it was amazing! I hope its the new normal. Noodles were perfect and omg the first time it was actually spicy!!!!! I really hope this is the new normal. I think the extra spice masks the ketchup base which made it better for me. Will try again and hope it continues to be the same as tonight!
Not what I was expecting based on reviews.. major let down. Food isn’t flavourful like other Vietnamese food I’ve tried. Since when does a veggie pad Thai have peas and mushrooms? Looked like noodles and spongy tofu soaked in ketchup, couldn’t eat it. Server didn’t even ask if I enjoyed it having not touched it. I got it to go and threw it out. Should’ve been removed from my bill. Or offered another dish.

Got Pad Thai for takeout for the first time from here and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was huge. This will definitely become a regular restaurant from now on. Would highly recommend!
One of the first restaurants I came to when I first moved to London for college in 2017. 5 years later and I still order from here every now and then, and come in person whenever my parents visit. The food is always great!
