They ask you enter from the patio which is quite nice. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. My grand daughter needed to be assured that she was “allowed“ to be in a pub. Even though it IS a pub, it’s part of a complex including a putt putt golf course so it would be nice if the menu had a few choices for kids. Her sandwich and large drink cost me $21.90 + tax! Our waitress, Yoselin, was lovely. Our food was OK but certainly nothing special. Their version of a chicken club is one layer with a grilled chicken breast short on bacon and long on lettuce. The “rustic” bun was just a soft hamburger bun. It comes with a choice of sides. I think the menu should indicate when a sandwich is open face. The steak “ sandwich” has to be eaten with a knife and fork. The sliced 5 oz of AAA sirloin was tender and tasty topped with mushrooms and onions smothered in melted provolone. The portion of fries was huge! This was your typical pub grub. I did appreciate the free Wifi with no password required!
Thank you, Madison. You’re definitely holding down the fort, changing incorrect orders and transferring tables for your servers. Madison deserves a promotion. She does everything with a smile and sweet disposition. My hubs and I dined here for a cheeky holiday lunch together today. We come here often and the food is always good.
Very disappointing dinner tonight. Ordered the entree sized greek salad without black olives which was side salad size with black olives. Will not return.
Between challenging games of mini golf, we decided to check out this restaurant. We could smell the food cooking from the golf course and couldn't resist checking out this neat pub. The place was packed inside and out but the service was still fast and the food served hot & tasty. Linda was our server and her pleasant attitude made our visit special. We will definitely return - several items on the menu were calling for our return. Highly recommend !!
I had a really nice time in this place. They have an amazing outdoor patio and serve a nice selection of bar food and drinks. The wings and ribs were above average, but not on my all-time top list. In any case, if you want to have a nice, chill time with your friends over beer and bar food, go for it!
This classic pub always has great traditional food and beverages and a perfect atmosphere. One of my favorite stops in London.
Don’t bother to order the corned beef sandwich - corned beef was sliced too thick and was very dry. Cheese was almost non existent. Asked if they could grill it (like a grilled cheese sandwich), and what came out was toasted bread. Should have stuck with the fish tacos, which are decent. I also wasn’t aware that soda water costs $2.95 and is considered a soft drink. Really?
It's very convenient to the mini golf course and parking is also convenient. The kids love the fish chips, and it would be great if the set menu came with some fruits and vegetables.
Incredible shepherds pie, great service, wonderful staff, and the patio was nice. I can see why it's busy and popular! Definitely have to go again, and recommend to anyone looking for a great meal. Prices were pretty good too!
After coming and enjoying the atmosphere for years, I was told that I can not seat at an outdoor table (2 open as I speak) until at least one of the two in my group arrived. I was not looking for a reservation. I am standing and watching people go by me. I suggested that I can seat and order the drinks for others but to no avail. What sense does that make !!! Thanks
