Absolutely love going here! Such an accommodating group of people. They allow dogs on the patio, which is always a good time. They make so much of their food in house. We go for mozzarella sticks to start almost every time, which are basically the size of sausages! They also make really fantastic homemade chicken strips. Their prices aren't too high and the interior is quaint. Recently we went and the beer tasted as if it was from the bottom of the keg and the server immediately brought us a new beer! Such a great way to support local and also have a fantastic meal. I went in the summer when I was pregnant and they also made me some really yummy mocktails! Highly recommend :)

The patio is great in the warmer days but my true obsession with this place is the PIZZA. Wood burning pizza oven and delicious topping options. My favourite is the prosciutto peach with balsamic reduction. Lord have mercy. Going to eat it right now. Not joking.
This use to be a community spot to go to with good staff and relax and have a few peers. I was bullied by Michelle a server there that I personally don't think has her smart serve. because of neighborhood people such as Dave she bullied me because of her friend. I called other day and they say 2 beer adam which is rude. Its under new mangement which is Hog and he listening to her. All te other staff have no problem with me. I even adpated to the 2 beers and always grab food. Now since covid not only did the price of food go up but the quantity. You cant have it both ways. Naco plater with chicken is dry. Have some chicken strips the chef tries but dry. This is no longer a community place.
We had a couples evening in their courtyard patio on a Saturday night. Our service was good on a steady night traffic wise. My salmon was nice but the accompanying rice and vegetables lacked any flavour. The beef dish was quite spicy in parts but otherwise good. We found the food inconsistent and disappointing as a result. The staff were pleasant and more than accommodating.
Old South Village Pub came through in the crunch when we needed a caterer for our son's wedding with short notice! The OSVP team went above and beyond in providing a unique, customized menu and a wonderful meal for our guests. Not only was the food amazing, the attention to detail and the warm engagement with our guests by the OSVP team was exceptional!
We've been here twice now and both times enjoyed great drinks and food. I highly recommend the steak chimcurri salad!
